The manager is always super friendly and helpful. They have a nice selection of synthetic reeds and a helpful chart that compares the synthetic reed sizes to brands/sizes of wooden reeds.

Renting an instrument? This is the place to go! Super easy, quick and they didn't require a huge deposit. Was quoted $410 to walk out the door with my childs instrument at a different place but came here instead and left paying less than $20 with instrument in hand. Staff is very friendly and helpful. Thanks to the young girl w/ glasses and young dude (I'm bad with names) for making everything fast and easy.

This place is a joke. I ordered a rental online to do a curbside pick up from a store. The store they had listed on their website was no longer at that location. I ask for the instrument get sent to another store. They told me they could not do that until they receive the equipment back. After many calls to them I decided not to do business with them. I requested for a refund. Only to find out I was only getting a partial refund! This has to be a joke right? $167 and they only want to give me $50 for something I never received or used? I'm not sure who answers the 800 number but they seem to know nothing at all. And if they don't know an answer or how to respond they will hang up on you or keep you holding until you hang up. I'm so upset. I just want my money back.

Staff is great. Great place to get instruments for kids. Instructors are very patient with students.

The guitar I was looking for was out of stock in this store but available in Round Rock and Cedar Park store. Vance the store manager got the guitar to his store and into my hands within a week! Super helpful and friendly. I will shop here again!

Check this place out! They were so helpful.
We went in to just get info on keyboards for our daughter we previously did research and looked on garage sale sites etc. (not happy with info we found) we figured we would just go to a store and talk to someone and look at them. We planned to go to a bigger music store originally but we found ourselves next door to this Music & Arts store so we walked in.
The staff explained everything and showed us how to use the keyboard.
The price was so great and service was amazing we bought it that day.
