7Beware of fraudulent billing and dishonesty.it's told when the instrument is rented that the customers will own it after 2 years of renting. They are not honest.they keep extending the pay out time and ripping the customers. PLEASE DONT get rental instruments here.
Honestly I wish I could give zero stars. We went there to buy an alto saxophone for my little bro we rented out a new one and went home. But when we got home the case and the instrument were smeary and scratched and looked very used. We went back the next day to ask if it was new or used since we were paying for a new one. They said it was used but they never told us that earlier. They said they had no new ones so they said we could exchange it later. But the catch is we STILL HAD TO PAY THE Price for A NEW ONE even though we were sent back with a USED one! I’m VERY unsatisfied with this horrible service.
They are very unorganized! No one takes responsibility of scheduling customers for their make up lessons. They cancel on their customers. Definitely, need more responsible people for scheduling.
Half an hour wait to ring basic items. Clerk blamed the back to school frenzy, but out of 5 employees on the floor, only 3 were doing anything (at least get out of the way, dont just stand there). Out of the 3 actually working, only *one* was using his cash register. I saw several clients give up and leave.
The instructors are not only highly skilled in their respective disciplines but also deeply passionate about sharing their knowledge and expertise. Their dedication to helping students reach their full potential is evident in their patient and personalized approach to teaching. They take the time to understand each student's goals and tailor lessons to suit their individual needs, ensuring a transformative learning experience. Big thanks to DAN (piano instructor) and Silva (guitar instructor).
Other stores at least mentioning if it is an old or new instrument and there is a price difference between two of them. These guys are not honest upfront and charging the new instrument fee for a used one. Please be cautious and better go with another store who are honest upfront. I wouldn’t recommend it to anyone.
