I would give this store zero stars if I could. Do not even bother going in this store. The music lessons are a complete rip off. They try every way they can to be shady and get more money out of you without being honest and up front about the costs and investment. Mike, the store manager, is incapable of dealing with customer issues and will cancel and refund your purchase without telling you just because he can’t handle the confrontation after someone figures out the scam he’s trying to pull! My children are sadly receiving the consequences of this and they don’t even care! Thank goodness Guitar Center is right across the parking lot! You are better off spending your money there!
Great customer service! Sean helped my daughter with learning a few notes for her band camp audition. He went above and beyond and I am sooooo grateful
Great store and fully stocked, was waiting on another music store for weeks to have a book needed for school, gave up on them. Now i know where to go for all my kids music needs.
