Currently I’m renting a musical instrument from here. One day I’ve received a notification about an order on its way. I didn’t order anything, however, it showed up on my doorstep and I got billed for it. I had to drive to the store to return the items I didn’t order and figure out what’s going on.
Coming to the store in person, I wasn’t helped then and there - while being on the call with the manager trying to figure out what happened with my “ghost order”, the salesperson abruptly finished it just to answer another (rather lengthy) call. With the end not in sight, I did ask politely to finish helping me first and then returning to the other task,
my complaint was dismissed. I understand that there’s not enough staff to fill in, however, this is not an excuse to be plain rude.

Always helpful and friendly. I bought an ukulele with a pick up in it here and they made it themselves. Very good price for such a beautiful tri-wood ukulele designed with abalone shells. It’s hard to find ukuleles with a pick up in them already, and this was a really good one too!

A bit smaller than the pictures imply, but still a good selection of beginner guitars and band instruments. Friendly staff. Will return for strings picks and cables.

I wish I could give this place 100 stars. I am just elated. The manager, David, is such a good energy human. I came in with the vaguest idea of what I needed, and I left with exactly the right instruments. No pressure, no BS. I cannot believe how positive my interactions with David were. I considered looked online for the items I needed but decided to go to a REAL Music Store and boy am I so happy I did. This store just gained a lifelong customer. Thanks again, David!
