I walked in no one greet or acknowledge us. The sign said walk ins welcome but I didn't feel welcomed at all

This a great place to get your haircut. All of the barbers are professional, licensed and friendly. Great atmosphere and you can book appointments with your preferred barber and walk-ins are welcomed. Fair pricing on haircuts and they're strict on COVID-19 rules. Solomon is the head barber and owner I believe and he treats his customers and barbers with respect.

Everyone was pretty friendly when I brought my son in to get a cut. The place is busy and there are sep rooms for cutting. Lots of space.

Went here for the 1st time. Plenty of barbers on staff and good music playing for the atmosphere.

I've never personally used this location but I take my son all the time and he has never complained also looks good.

Great people great customer service! Especially the owner Solomon he is very friendly and accommodating!

MVP Barber shop is a great place to get a hair cut. I’ve been going to this shop for 4 years now and I am treated like family and anybody I refer is treated and greeted with great customer service. I highly recommend anybody in the DFW area give this shop a chance you will not be disappointed. You can literally walk in and get a great cut from any of the barbers there and they will work with any hair style or do any look your asking for. Great culture there!

I walked in cause I was told by coworker to go there since we work across the from them. I walked in and wasn’t even greeted nor acknowledged I was there. I sat down and waiting after 45 mins I walked out without a haircut.

The first time i got my hair cleaned up, the guys clippers broke me out! So i gave another guy a chance.as soon as i walked in, not one person spoke to me as i was setting down.then when he finally got to me he had a off attitude like he didnt want to cut my hair.he rushed to get my head done.then i paid him and he didnt even say thanks.i honestly believe he was homophobic.very poor service from him. As a Agent at the Worthington Hotel, Where i specialize in CUSTOMER SERVICE, I Notice this man service was very poor! LOST ME AS A NEW CUSTOMER. Kay styles the beautcian is Great tho.she really knows what shes doing!

Barbers are cool, always willing to conversate. Make sure your haircut is the way you want it and even have contact information, phone numbers posted on their cutting areas and Instagrams to see their past haircut styles.

The customer service, the value of the haircut, and the haircut itself was the best that I've received in awhile. You'll feel and look your best!

All are courteous and professional. Place is clean and the customers that come always leaving with a smile. I highly recommend this shop!
