My Bus Line Dallas ( I-35)

Hello people, just to tell you that I do not recommend this bus line, the drivers are very rude and never want to say their names, my mother traveled three months ago (an elderly lady) and they did not want to drop her suitcase at the first office because she never knew how to tell them which office she would get off at and they took her and delivered her to the other office (they are elderly people and it is difficult for them to reach their destination without knowing the exact addresses) and the other
My brother traveled last week and they threw some tunas that he brought with him and my anger was because he was not notified from the exit at the plant that the box was not
