My Emergency Room 24/7, San Marcos TX

I had an excellent experience at the Emergency Room 24/7. The attention and care from the doctor were truly amazing. The front desk personnel and the nurses were incredibly nice and attentive. I felt well taken care of and appreciate their professionalism and kindness. Thank you for providing exceptional service during a stressful time.

From the moment we entered this facility my daughter and I were treated with a high degree of professionalism and care. The front desk staff was quick and efficient in answering my questions before my daughter was seen by Dr. Johnson and the two kind nurses on duty.
Dr. Johnson clearly explained reasons for my daughter’s pain and reviewed her x-ray to rule out any important findings. At the conclusion of our visit, Dr. Johnson gave some suggestions to help eliminate her pain while we wait to follow-up with her surgeon.
We were very fortunate to have had an A+ experience from beginning to end.

Excellent Service & Care. We were in and out super fast. This will def be my new go for when we need after your care.

The entire staff from the front receptionist, Ashley and Vanessa, to the nurse Amber, and Doctor Johnson were prompt and efficient! Medication given worked quickly. Would definitely recommend this place for the great service provided.

We were greeted when we walked in. The registration lady was extremely helpful to my son to get me registered as I was unable to do it myself. As soon as I was registered, we were taken back to a quiet, clean, comfortable room. The nurse immediately started her assessment with the utmost care and attention to my health and comfort. The doctor was just as amazing! She has done her research on me before coming in. She ALREADY knew about my history with hospital visits due to my disease! I was so comforted and pleased by her initiative to help me feel better and find the cause to so many repeats! I am reluctant to go to regular hospital ER's due to a HUGE lack in bed side manner and integrity of care for patients let alone their escorts. Not only did they do everything in their power to help me feel comfortable and better, they offered beverages and snacks to my son as well as a blanket or pillow since we were there almost overnight. The next day, they called to check on how I am feeling and if there was anything else I needed. I can not recall ever having this pleasurable experience before at a traditional hospital! I would give them 10 stars if I could.

My emergency room is a great facility and the nicest people that care a lot. I wish the paperwork was not so long but the service is top notch!

The doctors, nurses and staff are INCREDIBLE and very talented! The staff are very attentive and were able to help alleviate my intense pain. Additionally, several of the doctors, nurses and PAs are veterans - and, as a veteran, it helped me relax. A DEEP AND SINCERE THANK YOU TO EVERYONE.

I had a great experience at My Emergency Room 24/7. The front desk staff were friendly and helpful, and the intake paperwork was completed online. The physician assistants were attentive and thorough with their assessment, which they passed on to Dr. John Johnson. He was the best doctor I've seen at an urgent care/emergency clinic, and he took the time to fully understand my concerns.

Dr Johnson was very comforting and straightforward and did a wonderful job managing expectations on whats next and when I might be discharged.

They were amazing! I went in for a trauma to my finger, and Missy was fantastic with me getting my mind off of it and helping me through the process, she talked through every step with me and was just amazing! The front office staff answered all of my questions and was super helpful. Would definitely recommend!
