I've been here a couple of times before calling it quits.miller was impatient, condescending, and just overall rude. Zero people/customer service skills. You get what you pay for. I would go here because it's next to the Walmart vision center. No reason to come here if not for that reason

Amazing, just amazing! The doctor is so kind and caring. She is also so funny! We love her. She did my mom's eye exam, and the next day, she did my sister's eye exam. She worked with my sister and is going to continue to work with her to get her sight as best as possible. My sister was nervous and opposed to the eye exam, but after seeing how nice the doctor was, she let us book her an appointment. My sister said, she is the only eye doctor she will ever be seeing. Also a special thank you to her assistant who was absolutely wonderful and helped communicate our needs to the doctor and was very nice!

I lost my nose pad couple days before. It’s very hard for me to wear my glasses. I try to find someone can help me. The guys who works there is very nice. They don’t have regular pad but he gave round pad for free and fixed it. My glasses work good now. Very appropriate.

Dr. Miller is seriously such an angel. I ended up having a more severe issue that required more testing than the usual eye exam. She went through everything with me, was extremely informative, considerate, and reassuring the entire time. She was very patient with my endless supply of questions, so I walked away feeling very seen and cared for.

The office is very nice with beautiful photos plants all over the place. Also saw her interacting with a much younger patient and she is so good with kids. Seriously she's the best ️

I've been wearing glasses since I was 6 months old. I've been to dozens of optometrist and ophthalmologists the last 50 years in several states and I've never been so impressed with the knowledge and level of care Dr. Miller has. She took the time to help me with my difficult situation and had insight into some issues I've had for awhile that no one else had a clue and could help with.

I have been going to Dr. Miller for years! I drive from central Austin because she is the best optometrist I have ever been to and is worth every bit of the drive! She takes the time to make sure you are getting exactly what you need each and every visit. She is extremely personable and has a great chair side manner. I cannot recommend her enough! Her staff is also wonderful! If you need a new eye doctor- she’s the one!

I was traveling from out of town on Dec 22 and had a minor eye emergency. They were willing to help me out on short notice and were so accommodating.

Stopped by today and the optometrist was a lovely lady. She was extremely kind, friendly, and the appointment went by super quickly! I love a fast appointment anywhere and it was a great time. Definitely recommend ️

Worst customer service I’ve experienced in a long time.

When I called them to schedule an appointment, the person answering the phones answered just saying “hello” and when I asked if they were Walmart optical she said no in a snotty tone.

After that I called the Walmart optical center, where they sell the glasses right next-door and they said I did have the correct phone number.

I called them back several times and they sent me to voicemail every time.

I assumed they had caller ID so I used my daughters phone to call and what do you know, they answered.

This person seems extremely miserable at her job. I understand people have bad days, but was a terrible experience.

Going to Costco optical from now on.

I love going to Dr. Miller at My Eye Site. She has been my eye doctor for 9yrs. The staff is great and they make sure my vision needs are addressed.

It was the usual visit until I wanted question certain charges on my bill that I've never received in any other Walmart.

I've never had to pay $50.00 for 'Specialty Contact Lens Fitting' before in any other office. When receiving an replacement single contact lens in office, I'm never charged for it. Then to being charge $50 for a single contact lens was a bit much.

So I wanted to question the charge. They answered with a fluff answer about taking "Special" care of my eyes, the Doctor followed up with "Come on, you only have one eye DUDE! "

No mam, I have two eyes. As far as I remember you examined them both. Doesn't sound like special care to me. I was charged with 'Specialty Contact Lens Fitting' before the first time here, but was told it was a 1st time office charge. Very upset with the doctors response to my billing questions.

Dr. Miller always takes care of my family and I when we are in town. We are definitely going to use her again!

A failed test. When I called to make an appointment, I already stated that I needed to test my eyes to get a new pair of glasses. After the final test, I spent $115, but I did not get PD data. Called again the next day, they told me that they do not do PD testing. This test is a big joke, if you need a new pair of glasses, you need PD, you need to stay away from here.

Dr. Miller is a great Optometrist! She was extremely knowledgeable, professional and a joy to work with! Much more than simply contacts and glasses, she helped me with a eye lid infection and knew exactly how to address the issue. She has my full confidence!

They didn’t let in without prescription. That so strange I asked if I can just look without touching and wearing my mask, she didn’t let me do that
