Staff is super friendly service over all was great the exam is very innovative as you have some one do it from a screen. Before you buy do ask questions about pricing so you won't be surprised at the end and avoid an awkward conversation on why it's pricy, its not the staffs fault, but they absolutely went above and beyond to give us great service.

My experience at the eye lab was great! We originally went to get some glasses for my husband but I ended up getting an eye exam because I felt like my eyes had been strained lately. I was seen immediately and got my prescription in less than 30 min. It turns out I needed a pair of glasses as well. My husband and I both ordered a pair.

The staff was so knowledgeable, nice, attentive, and helpful to us. I definitely recommend this place if you need glasses or an eye exam!

Walked in customer service was great the employees are great and friendly and fun. I wasn’t expecting to have as much fun as I did here.

I found out today I needed glasses (having never needed them) and saw the great reviews so I came here for my first pair! Grace was the main one who helped me (and I apologize cause I forgot the names of the others, but they were super helpful also!) and she walked me through the different options. My wife ended up getting an eye test there also and she ended up needing a small prescription as well so we got her a pair also! I do appreciate the transparency because they even told us my wife doesn’t even really need a prescription and she could make do without it (and maybe just get the blue blocking lenses without a prescription for using at work on the computer) but we ended up getting it anyways. We were there until closing and they were never pushy or anything to get us out. I highly recommend them!
