The best experience working with eye lab. Not only were they quick, no appt needed but they were so friendly! They saved me over $500 on contacts, eye glasses and an eye exam. Highly recommend coming here and will continue to give them my business.

I ordered my reading glasses they made it wrong and swaped lense of right eye to left and left to right. The next day I told them the boy was super rude and did not even apologize i still gave them chance however, they again- made the glasses with wrong prescription I was not able to see clear at all and had so much headache. I showed it to 2 doctors they checked and confirmed it is again wrong. There is huge difference in what my prescription says and what they made It has now been 10 days and I still have not received glasses. I have filed complained on Better business bureau hopefully I get me refund. Awful service.

Definitely a great experience at this location! They made the process so fast and easy to get my glasses and contacts and even helped me with discounts cause I was paying cash for people without insurance.

I highly recommend this place. The staff is not only friendly but also highly skilled. Specially Adelina, she went above and beyond to help me out and guided me through out my test process. I was completely impressed with her customer care and professionalism. Thankyou!

Adelina was so great with us. She was very welcoming, funny and sweet. She helped us with everything, including deciding the frames! We are sure that we are coming back to this location, specially for her! I will recommend this place with friends and family.

I called and made an appointment for wednesday, and I showed up and it was closed. It did not state that it was closed online. Also, if the place is closed why take my appointment.

I have never been to EyeLab before. I will say my experience was an awesome one! I came with my children 10,1, and 3 months. Lena greeted us upon walking in. I came to get an eye exam and see my options for both contacts and glasses. Lena made us feel so welcomed which I truly appreciate from the bottom of my heart. She was very kind to my children and made us feel at home. She was very detailed on her communication about my eye exam etc. It was a really cool experience because the doctor did a virtual eye exam (which was new to me). Dr. Andres was very kind as well. He allowed me to stop during the exam to help my newborn. I’ll definitely be back. Lena I really appreciate your kindness.

Great selection of frames! Lina and Naz were very helpful and made us feel very comfortable!

I had a great experience! Everyone was very professional and courteous. The tele-services aspect was new but I liked it! I feel like I got a great deal - exam, 2 pair of cute frames with designs and top of the line lenses (with blue light, UV, ultra thin, etc.) and 6 months of contacts (1 eye astigmatism) for $430. Sydni was great! Very patient and knowledgeable.

Adelina and Naz are so great. Adelina was so helpful, knowledgeable, and quick. She’s super funny as well, which is an added bonus. Naz is so sweet, knowledgeable, and patient. I love this place. My whole family goes here and I’d recommend it to anyone (I already do)!

Sydni helped me get my glasses fixed and sorted out! The whole staff was friendly! Helped me out and we had a great conversation! Go to this location!

I give this please five stars! They are amazing. The service that I have received from Naz in particular has been absolutely wonderful. It’s a delight to see her every time. She really knows customer service. They stand by their work and there very much about making sure that every customer feels cared for. If it’s not right they she will make it right! And that’s what’s important. In any interaction over time sometimes things won’t be perfect but I will assure you that they are very patient and hard-working people and they understand how to treat their customers! I look forward to seeing them for my new glasses!
