Very good service, I was assisted by Laura and she gave me options to buy my glasses. They arrived in less than 2 weeks, I will buy again without a doubt. I recommend it.

Oct. 26-
I ordered my glasses two weeks ago and the eye exam was questionable…. There’s not even an eye doctor there to do the exam…i was talking to the “eye doctor” through a tv… and when i received my glasses, the prescription was wrong and i cannot see through them. It really upsets me because i had to spend 200 dollars on glasses for them to arrive 2 weeks later and be wrong.

I went back to this eyelab and I ended up speaking with a lady named Lauren (manager) for the concerns I was having about my glasses. I expressed to her about how I couldn’t see through them and that they were blurry. She ran a test between my current glasses and the ones they prescribed me with and there was a huge difference. My current glasses were a 5 and they gave me a 4.25. I asked why and they told me that my current eye prescription was too strong…so they gave me a weaker prescription for my eyes to “readjust” to those instead. Where that make sense at? Later on in the conversation, she called the optometrist that prescribed me with my older glasses (the ones with the 5’s) and HE even told her that I needed the 5. After he told her that, then she began to comply. Why does it take someone else to tell her EXACTLY WHAT IVE BEEN SAYING THIS ENTIRE TIME for her to act on it. After all the hassle, she finally scheduled me for another eye exam on Monday. I’ll keep y’all updated.

i’ve had my glasses for 1 week now. The production was great but the hassle i’ve had to go through to get them was insane. I’ve bought these glasses on Oct. 17 and it took a whole entire month to receive them the way they were supposed to be. I DO NOT recommend coming here if it’s your first time buying glasses for you or your children. The management is highly unprofessional. The supposedly “General Manager” who also claimed she was the supervisor…was VERY rude and a smart aleck. When i went back over there to explain how my glasses were wrong, i told her that one of my lenses are too blurry while the other one was perfect. She then proceeded to tell me “you don’t see with just one of your eyes open”…. VERY UNPROFESSIONAL. She also offered me a refund 3 times… she didn’t want to help me. Save your buck and go somewhere else.

Great experience! Laura was the best! She went above and beyond to help me with the eye exam and find the right glasses for me! They have great prices, I totally recommend this place!

Honestly the best service I've had getting an exam and glasses so far! Laura was great help and will definitely be back to purchase some more glasses when I'm back in town!

Will definitely keep going back here, excellent customer service by Laura and Isabel. They are very helpful and are a big help when trying to pick out the right glasses for kids and adults. Customer service is excellent in this location no doubt.:)

My experience today was spectacular with the associate Laura who was amazing and attentive to all my needs both in the purchase of contacts AND during my eye exam. I spoke with Izzy over the phone and she was so sweet in scheduling my appointment. I can’t wait to come back and get my eyes checked again with MyEyelab!

Lens and frames are just beyond 8 months and the lens coating is peeling. When I asked them to fix or replace, I was told I didn't purchase the frames and lenses warranty. I can see if I dropped or scratched them. The frames and lenses are perfect. Never dropped or scratched. This is clearly a defect in the bonding between the coating and the lenses. Eyelab is offering me a set of half price replacements. It appears I don't have to pay full price to replace my defective lenses. My suggestion is find a different vendor and before you apply any coatings to your lenses, ask if the coating is covered.

So, I was fortunate to get a response to my previous review of my defective lenses where the reflective coating is peeling off my lenses (see attached). The offer to make things was right was for me to hand over $70 and get replacement lenses. This doesn't sound like much of a solution to me. Respectfully, I will just take my business elsewhere and opt out of any future coatings.
