Unfortunately, they were doing good until they started not pick up the coats, this time the coats were one week late. Figures why the return was delayed; the white coats they returned were bleached, they not only smelled like they were dipped in bleach but the embroidery was also bleached.
9/26/2023 I email to remind them to drop off the white coats because I never received them on the date Heath mentioned (9/22/2023).
9/27/2023 After coats were received, I emailed and called Heath to informed him of the damage done to the coats, no return emails or calls. Spoke to Madison and she denied any damages to the coats, saying they were already like that, and asking for pictures. I did as she asked and sent the pictures, waited patiently for her or Heath to call.
9/29/2023: I followed up on the email and call from 9/27/2023;
"Health and Madison, I have been waiting for anyone to contact me regarding the two items. At this time, I would like for you to provide a check of $300.00 for the damages to the two coats. "
10/3/2023 just today they decided to return my email, Madison Edwards informed me she spoke to her manager Jerrie;
"Just looping back after being able to consult with my manager. We will need a receipt for the cost of the coats. If you would please provide that to us".

Is this the reason why they are closing down this business, I wonder why they are closing 'My Laundry Chute'.
