My Nails & Spa, Fort Worth TX

Came into this place with my son and got him seated, sat down to wait & someone else came in afterwards who I’m assuming was a regular and they immediately sat them ahead of me. No problem I waited patiently finally they asked me what service I would require. She preceded to tell me they do not do long nails, I said fine I’ll do short, the she said the acrylic nails I had already were to thin. At this point I’m really confused because what do y’all do? Thick nails. I already have my son with me who is not feeling well and they completely gave me the run around 1/10. I would never recommend this place.

To be honest this nail salon they discriminate.if you don’t come to this nail salon looking rich or bougie they’re gonna treat you with disrespect. They think that they are right on how to do your nails when you are the customer asking for a specific thing to be done to your nails. This nail salon think that they are a high-end nail salon because they serve wine but to be honest this nail salon is low class. Thank you very much. I don’t like how they disrespect you in the nail salon until they find out how much money you’re spending on your nails then their attitude changed towards you very friendly laughing, and their gel nail polishes are cheap comes off the same day you get it done. If this nail salon does not change their perspective and how they treat people who come in or if it’s their first time here, I hope you lose customers

I came here to get my nails done the day of my grandfathers funeral. I got dip on my natural nails. I loved the color and look. However, after less than a week they started to crack and some started to break off, so I called the salon and asked how long dip was supposed to last, to which I was told TWO WEEKS, and was told to come in that day to get them fixed. I told whoever I talked to that I wasn’t going to be able to come in same day because I had prior arrangements and was told to come in within the next day or two. I went in today to get them removed and get a refund because at this point over half of my nails had cracked or started breaking off. The person who took them off was nice enough, just quiet which I didn’t mind. However when I went to get my refund the person who was supposed to be helping me was extremely rude. She asked me why I didn’t come in earlier and I told her that I wasn’t able to and conveyed this when I called. She told me that the reason mine were cracking was because I asked for a “thin, natural look”. This is not true. What I said was that I didn’t want tips put on my nails and that I preferred dip on my natural nail because everytime I get tips, my nails seem to break off. I never once mentioned getting the dip powder applied thinner. She told me that dip nails are only supposed to last a week, and I told her that when I called their salon and asked how long dip was supposed to last, I was told TWO WEEKS. At that point she was clearly annoyed, pulled out a $20 bill, put it on the counter, and said that is your refund since you wore them for a week, and then walked away. Extremely unprofessional and rude. I will not be back, and I will no longer be recommending this salon to anyone that I know.

Love this place everyone was nice. Even offered me a drink. Love my nails definitely coming back.

Got manicures with my mom and daughter for a sweet girls day out. My mom got gel nails and my daughter got regular painted nails and o got some beachy glitter dip nails. Anna did my mom and daughter’s nails and Carolyn did my dip nails. Fantastic job! I highly recommend!

Found this place through Google & reviews. I was going to go to Ruby at nail art salon. Ended up not going due to reviews about cleanliness.

I asked for Anna, she is so cool. Very kind, gentle and did my cuticles before applying nails. I showed her a photo of what I wanted. I also asked for some french tips with less ombre nails. She understood the assignment and killed it! She did good with color matching as well. Thanks Anna!

She is an excellent nail tech and I will be back:)

If you want good quality services My nails & Spa is the place. The ladies are very nice offer you drinks quiet and very peaceful very nice establishment. Will be returning

Men need nail care too. I have Diabetes which makes my fingers tingle and loss of feeling, so I can't cut my own nails. The lady who did them certainly got a good tip from me. I'm happy.

It was an ok experience. The shop was a bit dirty. Nails look good. Probably won't do back.

This is my new nail place very clean nice atmosphere and they did my nails and toe nails they look absolutely amazing and all at a good price! Not to mention they also did my husband's feet and he actually enjoyed it so thank you!

Very clean place, never rally done my nails but Linda made me feel comfortable and asked me questions, gave me options, didn't get frustrated that I didn't know what I wanted. Go a great manicure and pedicures. Will go back again! Also, they do eyebrows, didn't do mine but definitely will go back!

I just moved to ForthWorth and had to find me another nail shop. I am very please with the service I received. They are professional, extremely quick you are not waiting all day to receive service and most important their prices are extremely reasonable.

I have attached two photos - one taken on the day I got my nails done here, and one that's just taken a few moments ago, 4 weeks afterwards.

This is a testament to both the quality of the dipping powder the shop uses for their customers, and the skill of my manicurist (who I have to apologise for the really late review - I just wanted to ascertain her claim about the durability of the dipping powder first, sorry!).

Speaking of my manicurist, I knew nothing about dipping powders before, and she was really helpful in both explaining how it works and demonstrating the difference between powder and gel by applying the colour and effect I wanted on fake nails.

I am really grateful to her for taking the time out of her day to do something so thoughtful for a first-time customer like me.

Amazing nail salon with great prices! It was so nice for my husband and I to go somewhere with no frills to relax and rejuvenate!

Best experience everytime I come! Everyone is so nice & so good at what they do. It’s so pleasant finding a salon that you feel comfortable coming to! They also are super fast at nails, you show a picture and get what you asked for. And the pedicures feel great! I’m so happy

Incredible work! I went in for a dip mani with a fun Christmas design and they delivered! I didn’t catch his name, but my nail tech was super sweet and had great attention to detail. The pricing was SO affordable too. I definitely recommend and will be back!

Kim did such a great job on my full-set of nails! The nail art took some time but it came out super cute. The atmosphere is very relaxing, they offer you something to drink right away. Definitely coming back next month!

Jason did an amazing job & went above & beyond to provide amazing service. I got a mani-pedi today here for the first time & it definitely won't be my last! Super impressed by this salon & the staff.
One customer told me it was her first time, too- but her friend always has amazing nails from this salon & will drive all the way from Arlington to get them done here. After tonight, I can see why!
