My Oreck Store - Hurst

Loved the sales people they were very helpful on my decision to fix my old one or by a new one. I got a new one and love it it does exactly what they say it does and nothing less

Patrick Brown was very professional. I brought my vacuum in because it was losing it's suction and he fixed it for me on the spot! Bought some stuff to say thanks, hope he's making commission!

They fixed my clogged Dyson which I was grateful to not have to buy a new one. $60 for the service to tune it up and clean it out. Better than buying a new vacuum. It did take them 2 weeks to service it. I would still take my vacuum back to them because most places won’t even touch Dysons

I've worked here for years and as a customer and an employee, I love this business, the people I get to help everyday and the products that we have. And it's only gotten and will only be getting better moving forward!

The customer service here is great. They spend time explaining the differences and benefits of their various products. Also super helpful in getting me a replacement electrical cord for my Oreck air filter system that I bought at least 7 years ago. Great company and people!

I just bought a brand new Oreck Pod & it’s fabulous! 1000% better than the Dyson stick vacuum. Sales and service at the store were exemplary and the salesman was incredibly knowledgeable about all the products in the store which made it very easy to purchase.

We brought in our vacuum for general maintenance. We use it a lot and have lots of sand. Now it works like new again. Service was great and it only took a few days. Very, very happy with the experience.

Good store, good products, good company.just wish one was closer to where I live and wish it wouldn’t take 1-2 weeks for a routine cleaning.

Reasonable repair prices BUT horrible turnover time. They held my vacuum for nearly 2 months just to replace the belt. NOTE since it is an Oreck dealer, they will ALWAYS put Oreck issues before other brands (I have a Hoover and kept getting bumped down the repair list as Orecks needing repair came in). THAT'S bad business.

Had a wonderful experience at the store on Saturday! Chase was very knowledgeable about all the Oreck products and described all the different vacuums to me in a very precise and easy to understand kind of way! I bought the Magnesium RS and LOVE it! It works on all my floor types and the best thing is that I can carry it with one hand up my stairs because it's SOOOO lightweight! I highly recommend going to see the fine folks at the Hurst store for all your home cleaning needs!

Oreck vacuum cleaners are very expensive. You can save a few bucks by buying at Amazon. Oreck customer service is terrible. I brought my vacuum to the store 2 weeks ago for the free tuneup and still don't have it back.
