Mistyanne Green is a truly gifted body worker. I just had my first 2 hour table session with her and found her intuitive ability to tune into exactly what I needed with her fingers and level of pressure profoundly healing. After doing some yoga classes with her leading, I knew she was the opposite of a standardized, routine practitioner and knows how to spontaneously follow energy. Her studio is a delightful refuge of clean, peaceful energy, warm towels and tones.
She clearly has a deep understanding of physiology. Most massage therapists just manipulate your muscles; Misty knows how to go directly to the nerves needing attention and apply the right pressure to bring relief to the entire body part (limb, shoulder, back, neck), which provides a whole different level of lasting relief!
It is now the next morning and my entire body feels renewed and relaxed in a way I’ve not experienced before.
I must say this was the best massage I’ve ever had, after trying many therapists over many years.

I had the extreme pleasure of receiving therapy from a new offering by Misty - Massage Nidra. This was two hours of pure bliss - dry brushing, gentle flowing body massage, finishing with a Peppermint scalp massage. The session included hot towels. Chimes and gongs made for an appropriate calling to end the peaceful table time. Misty has outdone herself by mastering the perfect touch and fluid movements that keeps one at that point of barely asleep. Unquestionably, the most relaxing massage experience I have ever had. This experience, my friends, is not to be missed.
