MyCHN League City

I’ve been to this location a total of 3 times within the span of 2 years. Each time I’ve called to make an appointment I was experiencing symptoms that needed to be checked by a doctor day of. For each of those times I was able to get an appointment the same day without any difficulties. I’ve been extremely grateful that I have been able to do so. The staff was friendly when I entered and quickly handled anything that still needed to be completed. The wait was no longer than 10 minutes in the waiting room. The RN was extremely helpful and answered/explained all my questions in a professional manner. The pharmacy inside was a plus for me, since I could just wait for my medications in the same clinic. The whole experience was quick and easy. Thank you for your professionalism and respect. I recommend this place and definitely will come back!

Poor follow up, after my little one went through an hour assessment at a specialist we were referred to determine if she may have ASD, the specialist was very professional and the assessment was completed and data sent over promptly as requested, however the follow up from the providers who are responsible for officially saying whether or not my child has this specific diagnosis or not, has been very disappointing. There’s a lot of disrespect for patients’ time and energy which I have overlooked a few times, but this is very unacceptable and has me investigating other pediatric options.

The staff are amazing and always polite. Everything your child needs they are there for you. Definitely recommend MyCHN!

I have a daughter who has difficulty speaking for herself at times and especially to strangers. She saw Ms D. Hamilton today on a virtual visit and when she got off of the call she said "She's SO SWEET and so easy to talk to, she listened and understood me. " In that moment I was soooo proud of her and the consistency of the professionalism and care that the providers always portray within MyCHN. From the swift same day appt given by Ms Star to the end, we are grateful. There is no other place like it and we thank you.

A big shout out I have been seeing Margaret Hazelton and I just want you to know I have never had a more compassionate doctor she listens to every word I say. She explains everything to my understanding. She cares and it shows. She is an amazing doctor and I'm blessed to have her. The young ladies at the front desk have always been very sweet and helpful. The nurses have always been very sweet as well. I would say that in all my experience with finding a good Doctor I'm very happy with these guy's if your looking for a good doctor Check out Margaret Hazelton.

They wasted my time. Had to take time off of work for an appointment that they rebooked us on incorrectly. And I missed an important delivery due to this.

I found MyCHN through Zocdoc. Everything about my experiences here have been painless, FAST & RELIABLE, and easy. Tiffany at the front desk is SOO sweet and helpful. Dr. Jackson is incredibly knowledgeable. I’m a first time mom, so finding a good pediatrician’s office was critical to me. I’m so glad I found this place! I would recommend to anyone.

Waited for almost 2 hours to see the doctor.
And the staff told me the doctor was running late (while I just waited for 45mins inside the room) and mind you I kept going out to use the restroom and the staff was just there hanging out having side conversations.
I didn't say anything to them because I didn't wanted to be that person. I wished they would've told me earlier before. That the doctor was going to be late earlier before wasting my time. I didn't even saw the doctor I ended up leaving because another hr came by no communication. Only when I was out the door the staff tells me the doctor was there already which they should've let me know before hand not whenever I was out the door.

More communication this company needs it's not my first complaint I had with this company.

I enjoyed my experience everyone was informative and professional, I felt very well taken care of from the front desk to the back of the facility I definitely recommend outstanding facility

Wonderful experience. The staff is very professional and polite. You feel welcome from the time you walk in through the door. The doctor was so helpful answered all the questions I had and I recommend this clinic 100% I will be letting everyone one know about you. Best experience EVER

Both doctors were very knowledgeable, kind and sweet. I saw a nurse practitioner and my daughter saw a pediatrician. The wait was as expected for a clinic but it was worth the wait. Very pleased as I had a sick visit for my daughter and I for the same day.

Thank you so much Amy and Anisia for always helping me, making sure I have my prescriptions on time. I can’t thank you all enough.

Super helpful and friendly! Not long wait time and the inside was clean. They gave me my shot and when I asked for papers they happily gave it to me. Will definitely be returning.

I got there at 10am just to ask for an appointment then they gave me the appointment 5 min later so I Don’t have to come back … it was awesome the ladies at the front was very nice and professional! Specially nice to kids what makes me happy! Maybe spelling her name wrong Tiffany thank you for making my kids happy and keep them busy with those color books. The whole team was awesome and professional I was out in 20 min to go work on time! Thanks

A friend of mine Tiffany who works for CHN referred me to the league city location for my daughter to see Dr Jackson. She took her time and listened to ALL of my concerns. She definitely won me over. I believe I just found my daughters new pediatrician.

I would like to thank the team at MyCHN League City for seeing my sick toddler today. The team was courteous and professional. A special thank you to the medical assistants Beatriz and Krista for making my toddler comfortable. Dr. Jackson is an amazing and caring pediatrician! Thanks again MyCHN!

Christina at front desk was very nice and cheerful the office was also clean and tidy, Dr. Jacson was thorough and my son was comfortable with her, all in all a very pleasant place!
