Chad made my whole experience smooth. He was very honest about the whole process and was very transparent about everything which I appreciated. Chad is very professional and provides great customer service. He answered all my questions with honesty and made the process easy. We had a hiccup or two but that was because of my HOA but he still kept his promise of getting my house sold which did happen. I would definitely use them again and would recommend Chad to anyone!

Chad did everything he said he was going to do. There were no hidden fees or hidden charges or any of that junk; the price he quoted me is the price I got.

Joy Thigpen is the best there is! She made me feel comfortable every step of the way. When I had questions she answered me very quickly and was extremely knowledgeable. I suffer from anxiety and she reassured me and was there for me every time I needed her. She explained every step of the process so that I could understand it and she took her time to really listen to me. That is very rare these days! My entire experience could not have gone any better! I am so glad to have done business with this company and I highly recommend anyone that is looking to sell their home to ask for Joy by name!

I have not contacted this company nor have I ever even heard of them, yet I started receiving text messages on my cell phone asking me to sell my property/home. SPAMMING ME IS NOT A GOOD WAY TO GET BUSINESS in my opinion. Some people may be fine with this, I am not and as such have asked them not to contact me again. Not happy with this at all.

My main contact person was Trinton Williams, Acquisitions Specialist who was a real jewel to work with. He was professional, kind, and caring and aimed to keep me happy on selling my home and checked in with me often and we had nice conversations both personal and professional. He listened to me and I felt he was sent to me from "up above " to help me make the right choice on selling as I was on the fence for a year. I didn't feel any pressure but knew the minute I met him I would sell to Myers Home Buyers. He deserves many kudos! He has got such an amazing work ethic as well as all parties who made this all possible. I hope that whoever is reading this will get to experience the same! This was a great experience. Trint W was the representative that we worked with. Everything he explained to us in the beginning was exactly how it went down. No surprises or last minute changes. Closed when I wanted to close did a lease back with no issues. If you are looking for a quick honest closing call Trint. Short Review: Chad Dawson is INCREDIBLE! He exceeded his commitments throughout the entire process. Chad listens, understands, connects with balanced professionalism.
Long Review: My elderly parents needed help selling their home which required updating. They needed to avoid the arduous process and intrusive nature of MLS. Back in October 2021, I read EVERY review and there was a stellar review of Chad which aligned closely with my family situation. I reached out to Chad, he responded immediately and walked through the house the next day. At the initial meeting he presented Myer's Buying and Myer's Investor options. Chad is careful not to over promise/under deliver-he's conservative. To be transparent, ALL the way through the process I was skeptical - the ease, just seemed too good to be true and I was waiting to be disappointed. It just DID NOT HAPPEN.the process was EXACTLY as outlined in my first meeting with Chad. On our end, there were several sale postponements - Chad stuck by us for 5 months with grace and understanding. He was incredibly respectful/timely in answering all my questions/concerns and there were A LOT (b/c I was so skeptical). Most importantly, Chad was good to my parents both personally and ultimately financially. This was evident during the sale when he made a critical decision which kept their best interest at heart. That's the long of it. Chad is a stand-up guy; he keeps his promises; he won't let you down. I will be forever grateful to Chad for his commitment and support of my family.
