Highly recommend this My Eye Dr location. I enjoyed my Eye Appt to the fullest and it's been awhile. My tech was very knowledgeable, professional and genuine. Dr. Molina is very caring, understanding, great listener, and explained everything very clearly. I am so glad I found your location.

The staff here is AWESOME. They’re are informative of everything. Answer every question and treat you with the outmost respect. I loved coming here. Seriously the best place you could go to get your eye exam. They have a huge variety of glasses to choose from. Theresa thanks so much! ️

Love the doctor and all the staff except for the girl at the front desk with short curly hair she is so rude and always on her air pods talking on the phone and doesnt want to attend any of the patients.

The service was great. Karolyn she’s a great worker. She explained everything well to me. I would definitely have her help me next time. I would recommend her to my friend that I know with glasses

Excellent care from start to finish starting with Zaira and afterwards Teresa and especially Karolyn she showed me the right pair of glasses I would like and I did like them great job

From start to end Karolyn made the experience a breeze! Very helpful with all questions, and even gave her personal professional opinion which helped my decision on specific glasses.

Very rude! I tried to make an appointment for my daughter the first girl who answer was okay she Asked me to get member id number and call back witch I did in less than a minute like literally the girl Carolina or Caroline was so unprofessional first she answer the phone laughing second she had an attitude about me telling her my preference on the time i was not in no rush to get her seen I go base on my agenda since im a single parent of 4 and work from home. She was making the appointment so difficult just to be ugly so I made my appointment on fairmont parkway witch the lady was sweet made my appointment quick and easy base on what I needed did not treat me any different. I come from a professional field I’m a realtor and district manager for AT&T. I’m single mother and didn’t call to beg for an appointment anyone else could take the bussines very RUDE AND UNPROFESSIONAL TO ANSWER THE PHONE I can only imagen the experience in there! No mam not me next!

This place used to be Ok. Not anymore! I purchased a $400 glasses I January since then I literally had to exchange them twice due to cheap lenses! They literally feel like the readers from Walmart. And they scratch easily. I called them and they say I have to go buy new ones! Of course is your choice. I’m just giving my opinion on what happened to me.

We have been coming here for years. The doctors and staff are great and my girls always find a good selection of frames to choose from.

Don't be late! They cancel you after 10 minutes past your appt. I walked in after calling ahead and they said they had to cancel me because there was a medical emergency at 13 minutes past my appt.

Today TSO is no longer what we all have come to love Capital Vision Services DBA MYEYEDOC has shut the store down until February 8th and appears they will be over seeing the day to day operations and when ever something this happens we all know what is about be next, poor service, less than Steller eyewear and has many nickel dime stuff fees that can be added.

They will only be open for one from four to five and honestly did not a have a pleasant meeting with them
