From the time I walked into the door I was greeted. I was provided with courtesy attentive customer service. Linda was great in answering all my questions. If there was a question that needed further assistance Linda was able to reach out to her manager for further clarification. I would definitely recommend to friends and family needing knowledgeable and experienced staff.

Everyone is very friendly and will do what they can to help you out. Linda went above to help make the experience better.

Giving 3 stars because I use to work here. Doctor Soli is amazing and staff are great! Management is a joke, company is only about money/sales. All smiles are not good intentions. Just going to sit that there:).

First time at this location, and I was fully satisfied. Dr. Perry Solo was AMAZING! First time at any eye doctor did not have a "we may be able to attitude". He had a "we are going to get it right" attitude. Glad my husband found this place

They were efficient and incredibly helpful! Also Linda was super nice and I really appreciated everyone’s kindness! I will definitely be coming back.

Great place to go if you need glasses or contacts. I love this place Amey was very helpful and very patient with me I been coming to place over an year and never had any problems. If you looking for a good quality eye clinic this would be the best place to go to very sweet and kind very honable people

Went in there for an eye exam and also to get glasses. They said the frames my insurance would cover was not available and would call me when it becomes available. That was a month and half ago. Still waiting on the call

They are cheating people by giving having them try contacts and charging them later. The staff is rude and uncooperative.

Seen doctor Soli for years, Never been disappointed. He's kind, compassionate, equipped and helpful. I'll go nowhere else.

I am very disappointed in this place. I came in with my husband for his eye exam for the first time and actually overheard Dr soli call a patient CHEAP and that they did not care about their eyes because they did not want to do some test that cost 40 dollars extra.that’s just ridiculous. Will never come back here he only cares about money and not the best interest of his patients.

Very bad experience. They don’t have good customer service. I highly recommend visiting any other optical place but not this one.

I had an amazing experience at TSO in Houston. Dr. Perry Soli is very knowledgeable and explains things well. Nice selection of frames to choose from.
Staff is very friendly and takes care of your concerns promptly.

Scheduled 4 appointments using their website's appointment scheduler. As we were driving to the location to head to our appointments (only 20 minutes until the first scheduled time), I got 4 emails informing me that the appointments were canceled. I called and was informed that the website tool is not a reliable way to make appointments, since it doesn't track whether or not a timeslot is actually open. I'd recommend only making appointments over the phone or in person.

Ok I have been to many opticals but it is a fantastic feeling to be respected and treated with a smile! A+ Must Try!

I was not impressed with this location AT ALL! They were suppose to call me to pick up my glasses, of course NO CALL. I had to call and find out my glasses were there 2 days prior to me calling. My glasses did not fit correctly and still not adjusted properly. My glasses continues to fall forward and lean. I AM SO UPSET! These glasses were not cheap by a long shot. Instead of a licensed individual coming to assist me, one of the young ladies who was not pleasant in my opinion handled my glasses. The man who always sitting at the front desk didn't even greet me when I walked in, but when he heard me stating about the customer service, he got up to want to intervene. I don't care for him because he messed up a pair of my glasses being so "SURELY". This same elderly man sitting up front who was RUDE when I called the second time asking has my glasses arrived. When I brought it to there attention that no one called me, he gave me the generic answer and went back directly to sit at the front desk.doing NOTHING obviously. From what I have seen they have a certain type of clientele they will properly address and service. I will not recommend or go there again!
