Here they are very kind but the fact that you pay 730 dollars for some glasses and it takes more than two weeks is horrible, I literally put my recipe on Amazon and in 3 days I already had them at home for less than 100 dollars xd

We’ve been coming here for many years and always loved their customer service. There has been some changes and it’s sad to say the front desk is no longer the same. The lady at front Sophia is very rude and has this sarcastic tone to her. We will not be returning here.

I have been comin here for years now and recently came back to change the glasses months ago cause my daughter did not do well with the metal they decided to use the. Glasses. For the new year and not inform me that when she due for exam again nothing will be covered and will have. To pay fully out of pocket, you guys are ridiculous and need to learn to explain things and not get upset because it's closing time and ur in a rush.

Very rude customer service from a lady at the first desk. I was talking to another worker and a rude lady worker kept inserting her self into a conversation I had with a lady worker that WASN’T rude. She was being passive aggressive and kept talking over me.

I have been a satisfied patient at TSO Northshore for over 20 years, as a matter of fact when I got married my husband became a patient and our two daughters. After the experience that I had on yesterday, none of us will ever return. I had an appointment at 4: 20 and as I was traveling to my appointment I noticed that the traffic appeared to be really bad so I called at 3: 50 to let them know that I may be late. The receptionist told me that there is a 10 minute grace period so I proceeded to head that direction because Waze showed that I would arrive at 4: 29. I rushed in at 4: 31 (1 minute past the grace period) and the 1 receptionist who was at the desk was helping someone else, so when someone else finally walked from the back it was 4: 34…. She said that they couldn’t see me but she would ask a dr……the dr.said No and that I would need to reschedule! I stated my frustration and asked who I needed to speak with…. She said a manager would be over shortly to speak with me (she also stated that he had already said No and there was nothing he could do) and he/she never came over so I left! I felt enraged, I have been a loyal customer along with my family, and this is how you treat me? Well needless to say, that one BAD experience was enough for us to bring our business elsewhere. Before My Eye Dr.took over this would have never happened!

I’ll be honest I was a bit skeptical coming here after seeing so many negative reviews after the name change as I too used to come when it was still TSO. However I decided to give it a try considering the location and the friendliness from the reception when I initially called to schedule my husband and I appointments. I can assure you all of those negative reviews definitely proved to be inaccurate as everything about this place was on point and they exceeded beyond my expectations. When I first scheduled I did not have my insurance information on hand and told the receptionist I would call back before my appointment to be sure to provide it. Fast forward to the day of the appointment because well life happens and we all get busy, I called in that morning to provide this info and woah and behold they already had it in the system and verified and I was good to go. I arrived about 10 mins early just in case I needed to make any updates and I was immediately checked in by the front and by the time I came out from using the ladies room they were ready to take me back. I did the initial screening at which time my husband arrived and they had him all checked in as well. I finished there and waited less than a minute in the second waiting area before the Dr was calling me back as well. At this point I was in the Drs chair doing my exam while they already had my husband doing his initial screening. I can truly say too the Dr was way better than the one TSO had. I finished up she simply wiped everything down had me in there while she grabbed my husband of which he had just gotten to the second waiting area himself. She went through his exam while her and I engaged in a sweet and humorous conversation, again she was way better than the Dr I recall when I went there the last time at which time it was still TSO. We wrapped up in literally 10 mins or so and she walked us both to the floor where they attended us in helping find the right frames and getting our entire order processed. It was truly overall a super smooth, quick, and easy experience. If you are wondering whether to try them out based off the reviews I assure you DO NOT listen to those negative reviews this place was amazing and you will not regret giving them a chance. Definitely our new eye place for many years to come.

Made an appointment for today a week ago I called to check in for the appointment and they lady that answered the phone has horrible people skills and apparently there's no doctor today at the office. Why would I have an appointment n there's no doctor? Terrible service

Went just to pick up my wife's glasses. They weren't busy. So why did it take 20 minutes just to pick up. When she checks in the receptionist sees its just a pick-up.

This location was super helpful from the exam to shopping for new frames. Ingrith was so patient and helped me find the perfect frame.

Very disappointed with today's service. I came in at the time of my appointment and they told me that because I hadn't answered the call to verbally confirm my appointment, they had moved my appointment down by an hour. Understandably, I apologized and went to check when I had missed the call, but I checked my call log and there was zero evidence of any attempt to call me. I was never called, but boy did you guys ever admit to being wrong. I even showed them the text I had received the day before that told me my appointment was at the same time it had been for the last two weeks, and they told me it was a mess-up in the system. Eventually, they (loosely) told me it was most likely the fault of the system that I never received a call, but I guess that's my fault because I had to wait an hour and a half to finally get an appointment. If you aren't going to follow appointment times, don't schedule appointments, and then don't blame it on me several times. People can't just stick around for your decided appointment times at the last minute. I've been coming to TSO for years since you guys were at the old location, but this was upsetting as throughout my appointment, I felt a little judged. Extra points for the employee that helped me pick out my glasses, though, she was super friendly! But wow, what a generally unpleasant experience. If YOU make a scheduling mistake, at least admit it. Best.

I've been coming to this TSO location for several years and have been treated as if I was family. The staff know you by name when you walk in the door and everyone is very pleasant. The providers are the best, no complaints here!

Scheduling services definitely need improvement. People take time and days off of work to attend to appointments and when you arrive they say you were actually scheduled for another day when you have the text confirming your actual appointment date and time.

I would not come back at all I had a eye exam plus I had order some eye contacts and this people never call me or let me know my eye contacts lens where her since April 28,2022 I had to come my self and check if they where here plus the on front the people who is here the my have an attitude never ever coming again.

This place is the worst. I will never go back. I was sent several emails prior to my scheduled appointment to confirm my appointment and I had confirmed each time. I had to arranged to be dropped off for my appointment and arranged to have someone pick me up after my appointment. I arrived on time and I was told I didn't have an appointment. The office staff finally told me they made mistake and had me scheduled on their old system. They told me I would have to wait 2 hours for a later opening on their scheduled. They refused to accommodate me for their mistake. They didn't care if would miss my ride home. They ignored me and had me wait till my ride came to pick me up. This place is low class and treats elderly horrible.

I wanted to say that Ingrith at this location was so awesome. She was so patient with me and made me feel like it was all about me and it’s just really hard to run across this type of awesome service. She was so energetic seemed like she was so happy and excited to help me. I’m so happy I decided to come back to TSO after so many years.

Everyone Was amazing and very professional. It started with the receptionist who greeted me and got me set up to start the process to Angel who took me back to start my eye exam to Dr. Chi who was extremely courteous and helpful. Everyone was extremely professional and very very courteous and made me feel like they wanted me there. Thank you TSO for a great experience

The optometric assistant, Angel H, was very friendly and personable. He greeted me with a smile and made me feel at ease. Has a great personality and made me laugh.
