I’ve been really bad about my checkups since Covid, but MyEyeDr has made sure that I knew they were there for me anytime I was ready to get back into the swing of things. Everyone always greets me like I was a long lost friend, no matter how many times I pop in to bug them.

I felt so bad because I got caught up at work one day, and completely lost track of time, and missed my appointment with Dr. Hamza Amanullah. He didn’t skip a beat taking care of me the next time I was free. He was extremely professional, thorough, and efficient. He set me up with with both a normal pair, and a laptop pair for work.

My new glasses were ready in no time at all. When I returned to get them, Osvaldo (Ozzy) quickly took care of me. Even though he’d seen me several times the past few weeks, between my son and I, he still gave off that meeting me as a long lost friend again. He quickly got me setup with my new laptop pair, and had my new lenses replaced in my regular pair, in record time.

Overall MyEyeDr never ceases to provide exceptional service!

I had a great experience, everyone was so courteous and helpful. I was seen very quickly. Dr Scherer did a great job with my eye exam and prescription. Ozzy took the time to help me find the perfect frames and ordered my contacts (and gave me a great rebate coupon).

Ant helped my sister and me for eyeglass selection and fitting. He answered all of our questions and told us his opinion and why the glasses fit or didn’t based on his knowledge. He was spot on! A true professional. His skills are excellent! Thank you Ant!

Not Heritage Family Eyecare, anymore. You can't just pay and leave after your appointment. You have to wait for an optician to check you out and try to sell you glasses, even if you don't need them. Never coming back. We've been coming here 10+ years.

I got my eye exam today and had an amazing experience with Dr. Amanullah. He was so thorough, informative & helpful. Then I saw Osvaldo to be fitted for my glasses & he was such a bright soul. He made the process so easy, fun & smooth. I walked out the door with a smile on my face so thank you!

Hands down the best experience with Tony and his team. I will not be going anywhere else from now on.

No star for this place. They do have good professional specialists and used to have decent prices for hardware. Until late last year when after us cancelling our hardware order due to their big price hike, they cashed my insurer for something they never provided. Insurance called them several times, urged them to cancel their claim but after 3 months they've still chosen not to. In many countries this is considered insurance fraud.

Of course they did nothing to solve this as of today 04-26-2023 after other attempts to contact them on the issue. I am thinking of hiring a lawyer to stop this fraud.

Update 7-11-2023: Obviously nothing happened after unnumbered calls back and forth between myself, insurance and MEyeDr. This optometrist has to submit a corrected claim but they refuse to do this while continuing to lie about it. Fraudulent at its best.

They are a predatory company dressed up as a kind local eye doctor. The eye doctors are very nice. However, right after your eye exam, they will not offer you the option to decline shopping for overpriced eyeglasses; instead, sit you down and will not stop talking until they have wasted 30 minutes of your time refusing to give you a true price quote for glasses or contacts. They will also not be upfront about how changing your contact prescription will work, preventing you from conveniently buying the contacts you want to buy through a reasonably priced vendor. The also will pull you insurance when you explicitly tell them you don't want them to. They are not a friendly or up front company anymore.

This place is awesome, I had a trip and needed glasses, they rushed it and got them in just in time. Amy, that works there is a total rock star! You have a customer for life.

You can tell that Dr. Colvin and the staff truly care about what’s best for their patients! Kerrigan was very helpful!

Mike and Kerigan made my experience (let alone, my first eye doctor experience on my own) personable, enjoyable, and knowledgeable. Because of their enthusiasm and care for their clientele, I walked away feeling like I made the best choice for me, as a result of their helpfulness. Mike and Kerigan — THANK YOU! You are magic!

Great experience every time I come in. Alex helped me pick out a great pair of sunglasses and get the best deals with my insurance. Definitely recommend.

Great experience overall from greeting to goodbye! This was my first time here and I felt welcomed and taken care if. Very professional staff.

Scheduling was easy, staff is friendly, doctor was kind. Michael did an excellent job helping me purchase glasses.

I can’t say enough amazing things about my experience today. The process to book and appointment through getting new glasses was extremely easy and very accommodating to fit my needs. Exam with Dr. Elizabeth was exceptional and she explained all my new changes in vision. To end my exam I had Osvaldo to help me make my eyewear selection. Osvaldo was AMAZING, he listened to the style I was looking for and helped me achieve the exact look I was hoping for. He was very attentive, patient with my multiple selections and took the time I needed to understand what to expect with my new glasses. Outstanding experience with Osvaldo and everyone at myeyedr on North Beach, Keller. We bring our entire family of 6 here and will continue to do so.

Dr. Colvin and the entire staff went above and beyond during my visit! Alex did a great job getting me set up with my contacts for the year and got me a great price. Highly recommend this office.
