6Horrible customer service. I’m a loyal customer and I’ve waited at least 45 mins to see the doctor on previous visits. This one time I was 5 mins late the doctor had already left the building. 12: 00 pm appt my arrival time 12: 05pm. No grace or empathy shown given that I couldn’t see because you gave me the wrong contact lens prescription. Despicable service. $300 later I’m left with contacts I can’t use. 1 star too many.
The staff are patient and knowledgeable. Krystle was amazing at the cedar hill location. She fixed me right up and took care of all of my insurance questions as well as my daughters glass needs.
I’d like to thank Tiffany and Dr Brenda for a great no pressure eye exam and eye glass experience … was seen on time and everything ran efficiently …
I previously went to this location a year ago, it was okay. I had to return 3 times before my prescription was right waited 3weeks on contacts. I scheduled another appointment for this year. I am not sure if they switched doctors but they are over pricing on contacts exam. I went to 2 different eye doctors to see if they charges are the same and they are not. Much cheaper and quicker. I don’t like when people try to take advantage of customers. I have insurance and they wanted to double charge me. I will never return to this location. Please find another eye doctor this Eye Dr is not the one.
I absolutely love the whole staff! The Dr is Awesome and the staff is so kind and helpful. I’ve had nothing but a great experience every time I go.
Amazing staff and Krystle the manager is awesome, everyone was so nice and helped me pick out the glasses that complimented me.
