7Not patient/customer-centric. I have been a patient here for several years, until today. I was 9 minutes late to my appointment and the doctor decided not to see me because they have a ten minute grace period. When I apologized and explained that I was there at the nine minute mark and they were assisting others, they did not care. Life happens. People are occasionally late. As a long term patient I would expect some grace and flexibility. They also constantly spam your email and phone with nonstop messages. I was able to make an appointment with another doctor nearby for the same day. Long term patient lost over nine minutes.
Very professional and an overall great experience! I was able to easily book an appointment and also enter in all my required paperwork online. I highly recommend seeing Dr. Batalo!
Just walked out of this place with my new glasses prescribed to me! I'm excited to start this new "visionary" journey I will be going on with glasses. Major shout-out to Kimberly who really helped me feel comfortable and guided me through the entire new patient process. She metaphorically held my hand the hold time and answered every question with clear, concise answers. Her professionalism alone spoke volumes about the place! Another huge shout-out to Dr. Batalo who saved my eyes! I cannot thank you guys enough! Highly recommend this place to anybody looking for a good team to take care of you and you eyes.
Eye exam was quick, efficient, and thorough. I have a complicated insurance situation (two policies) and they went above and beyond to get me the best deal.
