My husband and I have been going to see Dr. Tran for many years now and she stays on top of our optical health. Everyone is courteous, professional, friendly, and efficient. We are in and out and rarely wait over 5 minutes. They also stay on top of their equipment and maintaining cleanliness.

My wife and I have been coming to this location for years and have always had good experiences. The staff is always helpful and friendly, and Dr. Tran always answers our questions or concerns. They have even updated their equipment where you don’t need the air puff in your eyes, that was something I always dreaded and glad I don’t have to endure that anymore.

I shopped around for exam prices (Target, Costco, America’s Best) and all prices were between$99 and $160, so when I called My Eye Dr and asked for the price of the exam, I was told $140, which seemed reasonable. However, after my exam, I was charged about $290 for eye exam, contact lenses fitting, screening photos. I was never offered the option to accept the photo prices as usually it’s an option, which I would have declined. I would NEVER have gone to My Eye Dr if I’d know I would be charged that much. One of the staff knocked off a little (because I think she knew they were wrong) but couldn’t take off any of the extra exam prices. Contacting their patient relations to see if this is how they want to keep doing business. Not sure if it was incompetence or deception. If you need an exam, do yourself a favor and go to COSTCO!

This place has gotten worse every year. The frames fall apart in a matter of months and they don't carry replacement parts. We will never return.

I liked the location of this place and have come here before when it was under TSO. I have now been reminded why I stopped coming to this place. Name has changed but tactics are still the same. I don’t like that they try to charge and upsell everything here. When I say no I don’t want something additional on the lens, I’m pressured as if I owe an explanation. Life is expensive right now and I did not need to feel judged for requesting the basics on my child’s glasses. Long story short I will pick up the glasses when they are ready and will not be returning here.

I don’t know where too start, the lady who was doing the exam was so nice, she was very friendly and helpful and answered my questions, same as the doctor very nice and explained very well. What I didn’t like is that they catch you with their 199 for designer glasses + exam promotion but it’s only selective ones with tags on them. Not all designer glasses and when I asked for only my prescription the lady’s in the front were extremely rude. Complained about me just wanting the prescription and wrinkled my contact lense prescription in front of me because nobody explained that I can only get one prescription nor did they explain pricing before the appointment, and complained about insurance. This place over charges their patients and lies about their promotion. Those two lady’s need too get retrain properly, and we’re complaining about a patient that called infront of a patient? Does not sound professional.

I’d like to start off by saying the doctors were great and welcoming they answered all questions asked and were friendly. The bad part was the lady’s at the front are extremely disrespectful and rude. Talking about other customers in a rude manner, giving attitude, and not answering questions properly without visibly being frustrated. Really makes a good place look bad.

I would leave 0 stars if i could. My appointment was at 1: 00pm and I got there at 1: 10pm because I drove all the way from downtown. They denied me and said the doctor had already left when I have been a loyal customer and the doctor was clearly still there as there were still patients in the rooms and plenty of cars in the parking lot. And it was only 1pm what doctor leaves at 1. Because of them I couldn’t get contacts for a whole other week when I already waited 2 weeks to get an appointment. I will happily never give them my money again.

4 o'clock appointment, it ended up being at 5, didn't even took the time to say sorry for the 1 fr.no hr delay.
Never coming back.

The service received by the dr.was great. I was the last pt of the day but I didn’t feel rushed or anything. I was told my glasses would be in on a certain day. I hadn’t received an update so I decided to call just to see if I could get a simple yes or no they are in they aren’t in yet but the lady who picked up the phone (Kim) was extremely rude. No straight answer just kept talking in circles. When I asked again just to confirm they aren’t in, Kim was audibly annoyed she had to repeat her monologue (unnecessary information little use for pt) but I honestly just needed to make sure if I needed to plan a trip after work or not so a simple “no they aren’t in yet”. Would’ve sufficed. I hope Kim has a better day though

The staff were very warm and professional. The optometrist explained things very clearly. The receptionist Kimberly did her best to get me the best deal possible on my contacts since I didn't have insurance. Would definitely visit again!

Honestly I walked and was greeted right away from the moment I walked in to the moment I walked out was the best experience I had ever at any optical vision care spot. I just wanna say I am one happy customer because of the help from the ladies Valerie Kristen and Kim. I’m so glad I’m able to see and what an amazing staff they have there. Thanks ladies for being so kind.

Fast, friendly, and very patient. It was my first time using contact lenses, and everyone was awesome. The prices were excellent.
