N Nails, Houston TX

This was one of the worse nail experiences I’ve ever had. I came in for a full set and pedicure. I had acrylic on my toe nails, I asked for a refill, the nail tech literally removed the acrylic and cut my toe nails down to a nub. I am completely horrified! She played on my toes with the acrylic and I had to just ask her to stop. The customer service is trash! She screamed to the top of her lungs and kept pointing at me, and not in English. I had to let her know this is completely unprofessional. I wouldn’t recommend this to salon to anyone!
If you looking for a self care kinda day please avoid this place.

I love this place the workers are awesome so nice the eyelashes are the best here I always go to Susan to do mine but they all know how to do the best lashes I highly recommend!

The place is good! May I suggest more clean, they don’t lose customers but they lower their service

Today was the worst first the girl that has her chair to the far left right next to the polish’s in the first row is so rude she always is never had an issue before I just go in there ask the nail tech is they can do what I want and I just show them the picture and they do it I show her and she is asking me what color powder I said not color powder it’s full set and polish around it and still not understanding me so the younger girl that does lashes understands more English then her comes to me I tell her the same thing and she starts as well and I told her look I never go to her cause of her attitude and all I do is show the other ladies and they do it and then she tells me well you can come tomorrow really ong neways she did a horrible job. Maybe y’all need to talk to her about her attitude and they need to learn more English at that not how I wanted them smh

Coustmer services not good have you waiting for long periods of time

They were very patient when doing my daughter's feet. They are very prompt when opening up in the morning and very attentive to their customers
