3I had double pnuemonia. Negative cocid 2×. Still, the docs kept me in the cv wing. (Simlar symptoms, high level protection). Most of the staff were"travelars" yet each one knew my name, checked regularly on me, and even non-medical staff did an oustanding job.
Went in around 4: 15 Am. Was checked in, in a matter of minutes. The nurse Richard was an absolute help with everything. Dr Dunn was also very helpful and talked me through my asthma attack and panic attack. Was in an out in less than an hour and a half. Also they even helped me find the cheapest prescription for my asthma!

Very unprofessional, Very rude! They hang up on you & act like they don’t care! They need to be more considerate towards family members that are concerned about their family in the ER! I sat in the parking lot for over 4 1/2 hours and NOBODY would let me know how my husband was doing! I understand you might be busy ……. BUT Please be a little bit more considerate towards family members that are concerned. Please show some compassion towards others. Also hanging up on someone is so unprofessional. This is why your are receiving this review as well! Wow just received our bill for 3 shots and EKG was over $9,000.00 OMG
