First visit today to the salon. Very friendly staff. Great experience. Ken did a great job on gel manicure. Will definitely go back.

Today was a great day. I felted so special. I enjoy this place so much. The manager and stuff make sure you are comfortable and enjoy their services.

First time trying this place. Relaxing atmosphere and great service. I’ll definitely be back. Everyone was very kind.:)

While I love how my nails turned out, I would advise against the waxing here. Ended up with minor burns to my face which I can only hope heal fast.

First time visiting today, managed to mess up a toe and 4 nails trying to leave: (They fixed me right back up! Great service and my nails are beautiful!

My daughter and I were blown away by the service we received. The name serves them well! Friendly, professional, clean and they treat you like royalty (maybe a stretch but you get the point). Give them a try. I believe they are fairly new owners of this location and they know what they are doing.

Edited: my nails didn’t hold up one full week. I’ve have never gone anywhere to get dip powder and it chip badly on one nail let alone multiple nails in less than two weeks. Dip powder has lasted me 3 weeks usually. This is very disappointing because I love the location and service. Took rating from 5 stars to 1 because i don’t have money to give away.

I went here today to get my nails done for homecoming and they did an amazing job! They always make sure every nail is perfect and they take their time! I’ve been here several times and I’ve loved my nails every single time! I show up with a picture of some crazy design I want, and they never mind LOL! They make them even better then the picture I show. I highly recommend!

Called to make an appointment. Very friendly on the phone. Even more friendly in person. Salon was so cute and very clean. Did "at the Beach" mani and pedi. Looks great, really nice massage, and was done in 45 minutes. I have found my new nail salon. Totally recommend Nail Palace.

I can’t say enough wonderful things about Nail Palace. The manager and staff are so caring and kind, and skilled. I frequently bring my elderly parents to get pedicures. The staff is very gentle, the manager remembers us and asks how they are, and communicates their needs clearly with the staff, who are amazing. 10 stars if I could.

Since almost 3years, I love coming do my nails & my eyebrows at Nail Palace. Vincent do a great job. You guys are the best one in this area. Thanks for everything

Today, Li did my acrylics really well. I'm very satisfied. I get basic pink/white French tips and she assured no bubbles, high shine and the right length for me. She worked hard with precision and was pretty gentle. I have also visited Kate under this new management and she is also awesome. My nails always have lasted a long time and my cuticles still feel nice when I visit the nail palace.

Brought my mom and my five year old daughter in for pedicures. It was my daughters first pedicure, and the staff were so kind. Pedicure was excellent. We will be coming back!

I was cut multiple times to the point my fingers are extremely red. I was told I could get the design I wanted and then when it was too late to go somewhere else I was then told I can’t. I have my baby shower today and I am so upset about my nails and the pain.

New management is great and super friendly. The check out process is fast and efficient. Love this place!

So, I've given them a three-star review. Here's the deal: I walked in there all excited for a gel manicure, but what a mess. My nails ended up looking like they had a bad paint day, all wonky-shaped, and believe it or not, they started chipping barely two days later.

I went back and kind of complained. They did agree that things went south and decided to give my nails another shot. They were pretty cool about it, even admitted that it wasn't up to their usual standards. Props to them for owning up.

Even though the first round was a total bummer, I have to give credit where it's due – they did try to fix things and that counts for something, right?

One thing i loved about my experience today is they didn’t soak my fingers in acetone for the first ten minutes.they just removed my existing nail polish with the hand piece which left my hands not feeling dry and crusty like acetone usually does.i have been in twice so far, both times they have been very kind.they do a great job and my last dip nails set lasted me 4 weeks:)

while i did love my nails, they started cracking and breaking a week after getting them done. I went in at 8/5 (12 days after getting them done) because this was the condition.upon speaking to another client there, i was told they switched powders or something and the polish cracks. They were kind enough to fix the broken nail and glue the cracks but the fact is that if they look horrible not even two weeks later than it really isn’t worth it. Still trying to find a consistent nail place. I was able to get my nails done here 3x before running into issues.
