The employees do not greet certain customers, are always on their phones, will shout that a customer card declined after charging her account, do not apologize for trying to embarrass her, proceed to talk about that customer after she leaves knowing it’s their system at fault and think others will not call them out about gossiping. Elizabeth (the grinch with the black & blue hair), Maria, and Diana are rude and unprofessional. Deleted my account immediately!

What Y'all not finna do is blame me for stealing, I yes went in there looking for some supplies. I went to the back area and stopped to see how much money I had, my money was on the side zipper pocket and wasn't in a wallet and that also where my pills were, instead of pulling the money out I end up pulling out my pain relief acetaminophen 325 MG bottle from CVS. I put down the glamor dip powder and kept on moving. Not once did I put none of yall Hispanics stuff in my bag. I know just cuz I'm black yall wanna accuse me of stealing. Yall and the Police can come search me tell em bring a lie detector test wit em an watch it come out negative of stealing. I'm mad cause yall lying, it may have looked but what yall saw ain't what it is.yall can yes come search me and my moms whollllleeeee car cause what I gotta lie about ab we ain't even been home yet so I couldn't have put anything in our house. I know and God knows I didn't steal. Idc who yall are I Will defend myself.regardless. I will sue If I have to

I started coming here a little over 4 years ago, because it was opened to the public. Only thing that stopped me from coming frequently they stay out of stock on a lot of products.

So my first time shopping here and to my suprised very little pedicure supplies. If u only do fingernails this is your place but be sure to have ur business license BIPOC bc after watching a student tech show her DL to get a discount.myself nail tech and salon owner; needed my business/manicure license in person to recieve the same lowsy 10% off.
I won't be back. Nothing for me here! At all!

Anyone who does nails as a hobby/beginner/professional, if you just like cosmetics in general would LOVE this place! I was in absolute nail tech heaven, there is a rewards program and they have bogo sales. There aren't a whole lot of options when buying nail supplies from stores and this is seriously the cream of the crop. Can't wait to give them all my check! And the ladies working were super nice and helpful too!

Staff courtesy is a big problem. I have been there 3 times and two of those the staff treated me like I was stupid. The first time all was great. I came back to buy another $140 dollars worth of stuff.
My 6 yr old asked to use the potty, I asked if she could since they had allowed an elderly woman use it, I was told no public restroom. Ok but you just let an elderly woman use it and this is a 6yr old, I suppose they pick and choose who the exception applies to.

Upon checkout Maria had already scanned my wax pencil, I gave it to my toddler to hold. The employee with green hair was near the glass display asked very snappy if I was buying that. Both Maria and I said yes. I understand they have to monitor when children are in there but her tone and demeanor was inappropriate.
I just went in again to buy a few things and apparently things have changed.now customers have to ring the door bell. When I attempted to open the door the pregnant employee with blue hair very snappy said, you now have to ring the door bell and we will let you in. I said oh ok, I was not aware and did not see the sign at the door. She cut me off while speaking to say well there is one! (door sign).
Ufff, not sure what these people are being fed but they are incredibly rude.
100s of dollars later, I will not be coming back.

1st time here, they had a huge selection and very friendly and helpful staff. Will be returning for sure. Thank you

I like this nail supply store. They have a very large selection everything you need to do nails. They have a very large nail art section with lots of rhinestones, decals, stamps jewelry, and dangles. They have a large selection of dip powder, gel, and nail polish. The store is very crowded the isles are not very wide. It is doable but crowded.
The brands I do not recognize from a professional stand point. This store is open to the public. I would prefer the store be professional only.

Hands down this is my favorite store! They have EVERYTHING and the prices are amazing. If youre into nail art.this is the place to go. They always have new things. I'm lucky I live close because I literally go every two weeks and always walk out with a bag of goodies! I cant wait to video all the ways Ive been able to do my nails!

Awesome place to get all of your nail supplies. The girls working there have been super helpful, they make it easy to ask questions. Prices are listed on most things which is a huge plus.

So today I bought about 300$ worth of stuff & I didn’t even get a receipt. I have health problems so I can’t stand too long. I am more upset with the products I purchased a glamour acrylic & dip powder (2in1) & it’s absolutely aweful.it marbled & isn’t true to color. These bottles were 15$ I live in Denton so almost a 50 minute drive. The staff was helpful & even got me a chair. There was no black powder, sterilization pouches, monomer storage bottles. There was a whole set of powders that did not have swatches. How do they expect customers to see the color? It was absolutely surprising. Never been to a poorly stocked nail store. There are other nail supply stores that are fully stocked & have better products. & are much easier to look at colors. Also there was a big problem with Prices not being on things. I had to constantly ask how much things were. Then one worker wasn’t sure of the prices so it was even worse having to ask her more than 5 times on different stuff then having to have her go ask. It was bad bad! Ohhhhh &&&& get this there is a no return policy! So now Im stuck with these.man don’t be like me! Also never mentioned about a 10% discount I had my license with me! SMH
