Stopped in Thursday mid morning and was sat immediately and offered a complimentary drink. Basic manicure with gel polish (natural nails) ran me $35. Shop was clean and they seemingly used new tools. ALL the ladies were welcoming and friendly. Nail tech confirmed the shade of white I wanted before and after application in a way that made me feel like they wanted to ensure I was happy and satisfied (oppose to insinuating I should pick something or judging my pick). I think she gave great attention to my cuticles, which was needed. Managed to get them together without jabbing or bleeding. Paint job itself could be slightly neater near the cuticle but customer service goes a long way for me in the nail industry so I’ll be back!

I was treated very good by the owner. She took her time and did my wedding nails. I was super happy how they came out and I do recommend this place.

This is my second time visit to this place with high hope but my visit turned out to be a complete disappointment. Not only was the service rushed, but the nail polish used was of extremely poor quality. First and foremost, the salon staff seemed to be in a hurry right from the moment I entered. There was no warm welcome or attempt to make me feel comfortable. Instead, I was hurriedly asked to choose a nail polish color without any guidance or suggestions. It felt as if they were more interested in rushing through the appointment rather than providing a satisfactory experience.

Additionally, the nail technician showed little attention to detail during the application process. The polish was sloppily applied, resulting in smudges and uneven edges. It seemed as though they were more concerned about finishing quickly rather than ensuring a neat and polished look. This lack of care and precision was highly unprofessional and not what I expected from a manicure salon.
Overall, my experience at this salon was far from satisfactory. The rushed service and poor quality of the nail polish left me feeling frustrated and dissatisfied. I would not recommend this salon to anyone seeking a relaxing and well-executed manicure and pedicure. There are plenty of other salons in the area that offer better service and superior nail products. Save your time and money by avoiding this particular establishment.

I went in with an injured thumb and asked that my nail tech be gentle only to have him cut the actual bed of my nail while trimming back my acrylic nail for fills. I actually yelled out loud in the shop.
I waited 40 minutes for a scheduled appointment that I made the day before. Hygiene is not their main concern. The shop could use a good thorough cleaning. But this seems to be a running theme in these little places. I'm not fussy as I travel for a living so my expectations are low to begin with. Icing on the cake was when he said he didn't have change for my 60 and the cost of the service was 45. He just kept the 60 and just stared at me.
It was the day before Christmas and I had intended on giving him a $10 tip but just taking it was outrageous. The nerve

Everyone at Nail Times is wonderful. Ken always does an excellent job on my nails and Tracy always does an excellent job on my lashes and eyebrows. A wonderful atmosphere with friendly people who always have a smile and make you feel like more than a customer.
