Nails 2000, DeSoto TX

I stopped on my lunch to get my nails done and left satisfied. My pink and white fill looks amazing! I will definitely be returning for services.

1st time getting a pedi here & not coming back-they do not dry them/UV light- polish did not even last more than 30mims. So disappointed: - (and on top of that the lady was mean, too harsh.

I can't complain about the result, but the tech kept trying to tell me the price of what I asked for as if she thought I couldn't afford it! I was handed the price list and services when I sat down! AND WOULD NOT EVEN START UNTIL SHE WAS SURE I UNDERSTOOD!
So condescending! Yet, I gave her a tip.we all have to make a living

I really enjoyed going here to get a pedicure. It's 1 of the best places to go for nail care, It's my new place to go. The nail techs are very attentive & they pay attention to details. It's a clean, relaxed & friendly place to go. Ask for Tee, she was my specialist & I can say; SHE WAS THE BEST I've had in a long time!

I went for a pedicure and got in the chair relatively quickly. The gentleman who did my pedicure was not attentive and did not listen to my request. I requested paint he gave me gel and did not say anything. The pedicure went on as usual, but by the end of it, my feet were still dry. I walked up to the counter to pay for the deluxe organic $50 package. I did see that he up charge me an extra $15 for gel. I specifically did not ask for. When I stated that he charged me and asked if he mean to up-charge me he shook his head yes and asked me to pay. I laughed out loud, paid and walked out the door.

The workers do not speak English or understand it well and which causes misunderstanding and overcharges to happen. If you have an extra $15-$30 to spend on less than great work, please come here to waste your money.

UPDATE BELOW! This is our maybe 4th time here? Since tracy is gone we’ve been getting service from others.today was the last time.the time before this was already bumpy, but i decided to come back.a different lady did them, a lady who’ve u tried to avoid bc i can just smell her attitude a mile away.it was a hour wait i didn’t care anymore who did them.i opted for a simple design because i just knew she wasn’t going to do the design correct.a french tip.she was frustrated even with that.tugging pulling yanking my damn hands and arms. Then my mother waiting longer, for HELEN, who she voiced she was waiting for.she’s just going to up and dip out without a word after being awkward as hell before her departure because she knew she had no intention on communicating that she was done after that customer.mom ended up declining service rightfully so.tracy is amazing.i really loved her work my goodness best nails i’ve ever had.it really saddens us that we have to go.anyone coming here tracy is where it’s at!

UPDATE- not even 3 days later.this has never happened.that lady just was horrible.short old wide lady with glasses stay clear on her fr.

The service here as gotten absolutely ridiculous. I waited 2 hours for service just for them to get an attitude when asked to fix a nail that didn’t match the others. Very rude staff.

I don't leave reviews for nobody, but this is the only nail shop i go to! Never have they ever disappointed me.not expensive either! Highly recommend

My nails have been on for almost 2 months with no lifting!

This is my favorite nail shop, they are a family yhe mother father and 3 children. I really hat that Ryan and T moved to a new location but Ryan's wife is amazing she's the only 1 I let do my nails and Toes and the mom Ms Tina does my Eyebrows.
