This place is very unprofessional. Horrible service & terrible attitudes. The quality of work (acrylic nails & pedi use) is awful. They pressure people to use cashapp instead of card so that they can avoid paying taxes. The IRS will catch on.

All the workers are very friendly and enjoy what they do. They have wine, bottle water and orange juice (taste like Sunny D)

I had a very bad experience. The nails dont look pretty well and I still paid $40. Two women attended me and spent the whole time talking in their language. I will never return to that place.terrible service

It was my birthday I went for relaxation and to get to a quiet area! This was my first time going here because it's close to the area that I stay in no. I did not know anyone's name other to the reviews. The lady pretty good that was accommodating me the tools did not look clean especially the fingernail clipper. When I walked in the seats were dirty. The owner was using the same rag to clean and did not look like anything was sanitize. It sure looks like they've used the same bags for the manicure. Anyway the owner I greeted everybody nobody said good morning. I saw others with wine. No one offered me anything. I have been to other nail salons my favorite is Milano, they always used Everything clean and their tools are always packaged. I will not go here anymore yes I did leave a tip for the nice lady if you're going to go just make sure their tools are clean.

Bad experience, 3 days after we paid $100 in my wife's nails fallen. She called and they said come back and we refund or replace them. We live 46 milles ahead, so we went back few weeks later. We show up and spent more money in pedicures. When we were about to pay, guess what, only $3 dlls discount. This don't pay the gas, tolls or the time to fix them. They don't care about the customers. So, we don't come back again. We were almost 2 years customers.

Amazing comeback and recovery from yesterday went back today and they did an amazing job. Took my old nails off and put the dip on and baby boom! Great job

I went they're the other day, I waited for an hour before they got to me and I asked for a quote before I did my nails she they quoted me $70 for long nails and some designs when I got to my nail tech I told her I waited long nails and I was already quoted $70 for what I washed she's like no we have to see how long it will be I was like no I told him I washed it really long I showed him how long I wanted I'm not paying more than $70 she gave me some shot nails and was so gonna charge me$70 for some short fat nails I told her hear go the most basic thing in not paying that much for shor5 nails I didn't want. I'm never coming back here again. The last 2x I came at the end they charged me extra for than what they quoted me so I washed to make sure it doesn't happen again.

I have been in the Houston area for awhile now and i could find literally no one to do my nails, lashes, and brows in one place and do them to my liking! Every one in the shop does a great job! And they take cash app which is good for me because I use my cash app card 90% of the time for purchases instead of my bank card!

The service from the gentleman that did my pedicure was great. The lady who did my powder manicure executed it well enough, but was not as friendly. She worked on both hands from my left side, forcing me to reach my other arm over in a very uncomfortable position for a long period of time. Their prices are at least $5 -$10 higher for basic services than other salons. I was not offered a drink. I don't know if my pedicure chair had massaging capabilities.
Colors are very limited and they're unwilling to do designs with the dip, only acrylics.

My manicure has chipped after just 4 days with dip. I've had this stuff last 5+ weeks before.

There was no soap or paper in the restroom. When I asked, I was given paper. I asked about soap again and the lady just gestured towards the toilet, like "go already". There was a leak in the ceiling dripping onto a sopping wet towel draped over the sink. I had to use the nail sink to wash my hands which is all kinds of unsanitary for customers.

Only got an extra star for the gentleman's service.

This was an experience that started off ok, but ended on a very disappointing note, I called ahead of time to ask about 2 mani + pedi. Walked in and reiterated 2 mani + pedi. The nail tech started on my pedi which took a little long and resulted in a small stingy scrape on my ancle but moving on only to find out she had no intention of doing my mani, claiming I told her i didnt need my nails done (huh?). At this point she or no one else was available and my partner was finished with both their mani and pedi. I was out of time and felt very unimportant as a paying customer.

The best nail salon in the area, they did great job on my nails, the nail was very detail on my nails, 100% satified with my service, will definite come back and become their regular customer

Get your price up front and make sure to confirm with the tech that is doing your nails. They will get half way done and try to charge you more.

If you're looking for good nails at reasonable prices, go to Nails by Ann. Vivian did an amazing job on my gel nails and design. She was very knowledgeable and explained everything she was doing to assure me that she would get the job done to my liking. I took her a photo for inspo and she nailed it! I only gave 4 stars just because before I got Vivian there was another person that was not as experienced helping me. They accept walk ins, but strongly recommend making an appt. I called on Wednesday and they got me in Friday morning.

Tommy Is The BEST? ! He knows how to get his clients to come back, he’s always on time and very professional most of all he’s such an amazing person and very talented and dedicated to his work! That’s why I personally come back. Overall Nails By Ann Is One of the best Nail salon in houston and I will always keep recommending it. The whole staff team is super nice to the customer and they all do a great job.

Been going here for over 15 years! Danny does an awesome job on eyebrows and Ana does REALLY good nails! Service is always great & prices are very reasonable for the work!

I’ve been here twice, love this place, very clean and good services, the nail technicians are amazing and super friendly, they did bomb job on my nails. You can go to whoever for your nails, for toes I like Judy or hellen. They are both good. They also do lashes extension, the guy name Tommy is the best.

My wife and I have been here for many years. The services here is great, the store is very clean, and the staffs are very professional. I have recommended this Nails Shop to all my friends and family members.
