Nails Club, Pasadena TX

My 3 daughters and I have been coming here for 2 yrs and normally I’m the one that has issues with the person not actually listening but for the sake of convenience I go. This time though was the last time, I just can’t overlook and continue to go. My youngest got somebody that fought her the whole time. When he is finished she had let him know that she wasn’t happy as well as during. She is at tears walks out to speak with me in the car out front and I encouraged her to go in and speak with them, respectively. $43.00 is $43.00 and more than that a repeat customer I thought would be enough. But no, because she walked outside literally 3 minutes they told her they would do nothing without her paying for it! That’s 4 females that go very often they sadly lost!

Wish I could give this place zero stars. Worst pedicure ever. Didn't even get a massage on the legs or feet. Had to tell her over and over to fix something. Just a sloppy mess

The workers up front running the place are completely rude and unprofessional! I mean seriously the rudest nastiest people.
I have no clue how this place has any business. They are over priced and horrible environment. They treat you like cattle instead of paying customer.

This place is the WORST! My daughter who is 5 asked for a pedi and manicure that says on there flyer $25 for 5 and under! I noticed that they only did her toes when I went up to pay the changed me $32 without even painting her nails. When I was up there explaining it to the LADY IN THE FRONT SHE DID NOT WANT TO HELP SHE SNATCHED MY CARD OUT MY HAND! I will never go back to the place. WORST SERVICE I HAVE HAD!

They take too long and over priced. Took 3 hours just to get shellac nails and not very friendly atmosphere.

Best place ever for pedis & full sets. They get you seated in less than 5 mins and they do not rush on their pedis! Plus they give you a great massage. Definitely recommend!

Staff is very friendly, Basic Manicure is $15
Luxury pedicure is $50 they have an ATM inside for your convenience.

Tiffany did an amazing job on my nails. She gave me exactly what I was looking for. Customer service is great

Hanna is amazing! She really knew what she was doing and did the most perfect job on my nails. I have been to a few other nail places before and nails club has been the best. I will continue coming here when I need my nails done

EDIT 8/24/21 hanna did it again! In love with my new set.she helped me pick the perfect color

JESSICA IS THE ABSOLUTE BEST! She was so calm and patient with me (I don’t know about nails) She was super detailed which is incredible and hard to find (I’m super picky)

I walked in on an EXTREMELY busy Thursday night and was greeted and seated within 10 minutes! Everyone, patrons AND staff, were super friendly from the minute I came in.
TIFFANY was my technician and she was a big help on color choice! (My ADD makes that part difficult!)
Tiffany is professional, talented, and above all - FAST!
The customer sitting next to me has been coming to this salon for over 2 years!
The price was easy on the wallet, the location is convenient, AND THEY ARE OPEN ON SUNDAY!

It sad that all it takes is one lady to stop me from ever coming back here. The lady took my fake nails off so I could get shellac. She was so rough when she took off my fake nails. She also cut my real nails way too short. By the time she was done FOUR of my nails were bleeding. She obviously didn’t care to be gentle with me. I will not come back here and not recommend anyone else either.

Do not come here.i got acrylics done three weeks ago and i wanted to take them off so naturally i buffed them and soaked them in pure acetone at home. NOPE, became this sticky mess that would NOT come off i'm no nail tech but that does not seem right.pretty use they use MMA
here cause it's cheap to buy.which is ILLEGAL in texas

I have always gone to nails club but after today I will NEVER be going back! Lately there work has been terrible and rushed. I asked for a specific set and the lady didn’t really take a good look at the photo and got colors that were not close to the photo and did a set totally different. Also the nail tech keep telling me when I would say something she would say “ the nails are not going to look exactly like the photo” if she didn’t know how to do the nails she could have just say THAT!

Too pushy trying to get you to spend more, they tell you one price and charge another at the register, I don’t mind paying more for quality but I had to go back to have them clean up my nails, they were crusty, left glue and acrylic all over my fingertips and dried acrylic in the inside of my nails and she stabbed my finger with the gun, now I remember why I hadn’t gone to this shop

I love the nails they do but I’m disappointed in the cleanliness of their pedicures. I wish they’d stop using the same tools on each customer. Especially the foot sponges. I have to tell them every single time to use a new foot sponge.
