Nails Palace, San Antonio TX

If I could give 0 stars I would. I walked into the business and an employee was on the phone and didn't acknowledge me which is understandable. I heard another employee from the back say hello so I sat down and waited for someone. While waiting a woman comes in that happens to be white. The same man that was to busy to acknowledge me jumped up and asked what can I do for you do you have an appointment. Not really surprised because this appears to be the norm in this area. I asked the man if I was invisible. He didn't respond and I took my business elsewhere. I would never apatronize a business that doesn't give ALL of their customers the same courtesy and respect.

Not professional, went in to fixed my nail told me they were busy, and then when I call they say I could come in right away. Poor management

Been going here for 6 yrs. Doug, Ronnie, and Thuy have done an amazing job every time. The facility is always clean. They offer complimentary drinks and they're always so sweet to my daughter when she comes with me. Love this place! Highly recommend!

I love coming here Chi always treats me well and all the staff is friendly. She always does beautiful dip nails.

I love this place. I go see Ronnie every 2 weeks and she always does my nails exactly how I want them. Down to every crazy color and design. She does amazing work.

Do a great job however sneak in services i specifically asked them not to do on my girls. Asked for shellac with no manicures and went ahead and did them and charged. Wont be going there again. Rip offs!

So I have never had a mani/pedi before, so I'm really glad this was the first. They seemed to be short staffed, but everyone was so nice! They do have drinks that are complimentary, so they offered to refill our drinks and they were working hard. I got basic stuff, but my friends got more. Everything came out beautifully! The massage chairs seriously almost put me to sleep. I will be going back.

I've been going to them for years and was so pleased to get back in when restrictions were loosened. They continue to take extra steps to keep everyone safe and still go above and beyond with service.
