Nails & Spa @ Potranco, San Antonio TX

Found a place that had reasonable prices for me and my 3 yr old! They were very sweet to her and took care of her. They made her feel very comfortable and listened to her input on her nails.
I got dip and my daughter had gel. We left very happy with our results.

I am disappointed with the pedicure service. I was thrilled that it was close to home, the salon looked good but.the performance of the pedicure was under all criticism. The whole procedure was shorter than drying the mail polish, not to mention that the price for what I got was too high! I wouldn't do it again.

The nail tech lady rushed thru my pedicure. I left the salon with nail polish on my toes, a hanging nail on my small toe, she didn’t remove my cuticles. I am never going there again! Save your money and go somewhere else. I went back and she just sprayed my feet with water towel dried them and clipped the hanging nail. So annoyed! $55 later!

I am giving this bail place 2 stars because the pedicure was good. However I was extremely disappointed because I had the tropical pedicure and they use to use grapefruit with it. No longer the owner won't buy grapefruit. However the guy doing my nails.that is another story. I believe his name was David.he was preoccupied with his phone and seemed very irritated that I had asked for ombre nails
He was even more irritated when I asked for silver and pink. He didn't ask how I wanted the ombre done. He just started them. I was so irritated that I just let it go because I didn't want to be there any longer. Not to mention I have lopsided nails. Some are coffin shaped some are square shape. But they are all sloppy and definitely looks like the tech didn't care at all. Maybe if he was paying attention to his job and not his phone, would have been happier.

Natalie is FANTASTIC! Always does a great job with my nails. Go see Natalie and she will take good care of you!

I only go there if Sammie is there. She does a very good job. I follow her everywhere she goes. She’s been doing my pedicure and manicure for over 5 years.

I notice the employees being lazy, Rushed through my pedi! Pedi was a max of 15 to 20 minutes.
I Still went back since it’s never busy and it’s near my house and noticed my nails weren’t lasting more then a week! I then still thought maybe it’s because I added tips so this time I just did the dip on my real nails and still after a couple days they chipped not only we’re they chipped but the quality is still not shiny and peeling. I went back and told them and was still charged to fix 3 nails when really all of the nails were poor quality.

Love this salon. Friendly, and close to home! Last time I got a mani with Kevin (awesome) & a pedi with someone else (also awesome).
This time was also awesome with a mani by Sammy! She did a great job on my gel mani, & she was fun & friendly as well! Prices are pretty reasonable compared to other salons! Both times I have been greeted and helped right away with no wait. Oh and they have complimentary drinks non alcoholic and alcoholic (: !

Staff is super friendly and I continue to go back because of a great experience everytime I go!
