Nails U Love, Plano TX

When I walked in, the man - who I assume is the owner - pointed to a sign indicating that they only accept appointments and stated that they were booked for the week. He then escorted me out of the salon and locked the door behind me. It was very strange and felt discriminatory.

The couple who runs this business is so sweet. After my nails were done drying, I was asked if I wanted to stay to finish watching a movie. The whole time I was there the couple was very accommodating and they're perfectionists when it comes to nails! Will be back again for sure.

The lady at the salon was so rude. She didn’t listen to what I wanted in the first place and kept murmuring in her native language. They don’t have menu/price list and just charge customers as they like.
She was harsh with my hands and scratched the fingers at couple of places. No basic professionalism to interact with customers.
Wouldn’t recommend this place at all.

I just left the place and I love them, first time visiting, they are so warm, welcoming, detail oriented, clean, and they did an amazing job. I will definitely be going back.

Very Attentive. They take good care of you. Very good price also. Never disappoint
