3She was my oncologist 10 years ago and was AMAZING, if I could switch and go back to her now with my current situation I would in a heartbeat! Very caring, professional, she listens as well as gives input. My current oncologist does NOT do this and it's very disturbing.
Such a disorganized doctor AND office staff. The amount of times I’ve called only to be hit with the same thing: asked why I am calling, took my information down, and said they’d call back only for them not to. They really need to get it together. I can’t even begin to imagine what it would be like to be a cancer patient of hers. Don’t bother wasting your time to see her.
Dr Rao is a very caring with her patients. She answered my questions and when she wasn’t able, she referred me to the appropriate doctor.
