This place has the best quality parts. Even though the prices are a little bit higher, it is most definitely worth it. Service was great, wait time was short, and the store felt clean and safe. Social distancing markers are clear and easily visible on the floor at 6 foot intervals. Mandatory face covering signs are posted at the entryway, and registers have plexiglass aerosol protection. Will definitely shop here again.

This store in particular has Warehouse connected to the actual store I walked inside and asked the manager where the restroom was and he officially told me that there is no bathroom for the public. That's pretty sad that one of the most expensive auto part stores can't afford to put a bathroom in the store

Don't go or order from here. I ordered a part 2 weeks ago and was told I'd get a call back when it got there within a week and I haven't heard anything since then. I've been calling and calling and the only time they picked up I was put on hold for 10 minutes. F this place

At this particular location you do not have to worry about finding what you are looking for.
It is in fact the warehouse for the area. Service was a tad slow but friendly and i did not mind the wait, due to retrieving parts from the warehouse if the item isn't in stock up front.

Was able to pick up OE Mercedes parts for 1/3 dealer retail.this particular store is adjacent to or connected to the regional warehouse, so if your local Napa doesn't have it, this one probably will

As sunner you pay they forget about you and make you waiting more the 45 minutes for just a mudflap they see you waiting but they dont even care bad services

I received the best service at this NAPA store than any other auto parts store in a good while. Prices are not always the very lowest but you pay for quality. This store is also the area distribution center so parts are often readily available for immediate purchase. Thumbs up

Staff is professional, knowledgeable, courteous and friendly. NAPA has the highest quality parts, so if you are looking for true value, go NAPA.

Horrible! Wasted an hour of my time.couldn't undery anything and confisede even more just you tell me they don't have what I need because they didnt want to figure it out.and I called before I came in!

Wow! Awesome customer service! I placed an order online and it was incorrect. They called me to confirm and helped me fix it. Very impressed. Will definitely recommend Napa to everyone in the future.

Bad customer service from the beginning. Customer representative did not want to help at all. “If it’s not in our system we don’t have it” all i was looking for was a bushing. Couldn’t get help for that.
So I looked online and they have what I was looking for the counter person was just being lazy and not helpful will not be returning there. The workers are supposed to help the customer not give advice

I like going to the Napa because I get exactly what I need. Good prices and great service. I like to pay for quality and not just quantity.

They had me waiting on the phone 20 min.
I hang up but wonder how long would they keep me waiting if they ever answer.
Do not recommend.

Great place to grab misc auto parts. Love the fact that if your nearest NAPA doesn't have the part, you can drive to the warehouse which has a storefront attached.

Very knowledgeable and helpful. Helped me find a socket i had been looking for at a few places before going here. They got me right on my way with what i needed.

Went here to get a part, but didn't have my receipt. They can find your info as long as they get your contact number, no matter how old. Mr. Cruz was patient trying all possible numbers we had and very professional in terms of getting everything situated as best of his ability.

Wait time is horrible.i am infront of ricardo right now and he has answered 3 calls and still looking at the catalog.no one here is trained.everyone has to look at the catalogs for everything.all 5 staff members cant make 1 good one combined.

Poor service! Waited for 40 mins for some hose clamps! Super annoyed. Everyone laughing and kidding around in the back instead of doing their jobs!
