What's not graded properly when I walked in had a few people walked in that were workers still did not help me right away

Great service providers and very knowledgeable about car parts n some service. They make hydraulic hoses too. Get ya some dat Napa know how here!

My go to for auto parts if not ordering online. Good knowledge staff and great deal on second Saturday of the month.

Store is EXTREMELY nasty! Absolutely NO customer service qualities within any associate working! Said they had the over $300 worth of items I needed, just to show up, stand around, be ignored and then be hollered at and spoke to very rudly all while being told after an hour drive they do NOT in fact carry what I ordered and didn't even have all of what I ordered! NAPA sucks and will no longer get any of mine or our companies money!

I paid 31 dollars for a radiator coolant check guage. They did not force me. I would suggest shopping their prices.

The best NAPA I’ve been too! Other places, like XL Parts, were highly rude over the phone. However, from the moment I called this location the staff were super friendly and helpful. I got a great deal on parts for my 2019 Dodge Charger, saved over $5,000 and walked out with a friend. Thank you JJ for all your help:)
