Keri helped me locate my part even though it required her to lose my sale. Part wasn't available directly from MAPA but could be ordered (same as customer ordering w/o markup).

Keri is one of the nicest and most helpful employees that I've ever had the pleasure of dealing with. My brother and I were having van troubles and she offered multiple solutions to help us get back on the road. She is a kind person and is very knowledgeable. If I ever had troubles anywhere near sweetwater she would be my go-to lady!
