Great service I came in here several times to get various odd items like for example once I needed washing machine clamps to use in a woodworking project and I asked the lady at the counter and she helped me find what I needed. The employees are always helpful and give you service with a smile. Good selection of cheap supplies I always come in here to get brushes and cleaning solution to wash my RV with and they have a huge selection for very low prices. Your Napa know how!

When it comes to auto parts to me this is the best place to go, some people have told me their parts are a little pricey but honestly I think these people are expecting something for nothing. Good service, the staff seems knowledgeable which is a plus and quality parts what more could you want from a parts store. To me the only downside is they are closed on Sundays other than that if you find yourself needing something to keep ride running or to get it running again this would be a great place to check out.

They open at apparently 7: 47 not 7: 30 Nothing but excuses when they don’t unlock their doors at 7: 30, the posted opening time. I had to call twice, to let them know we were here and the excuse was different each time on why they had not unlocked the door yet. And the manager was there. Very poor management and leadership. All he is telling his employees is, you don’t have to open on time regardless if you have customers or not. He should have at least had one employee in the front watching the store while other employees are in the back doing whatever your daily excuse is.

This was a good experience with a very helpful young man named Austin. The store was immaculate and perfectly staffed. Good location and they had what I needed. No negatives that I could see at the time. Thank you.

Easy to get in and out of. Only parts store within 120 miles that had the part I needed. If I had a home I could have had it delivered the next day! Very clean and organized store.

Great Napa store here in Waco! Broke down last year driving my '72 BMW from Houston to Dallas. Having lost all brakes on the highway (scary) I was able to roll to the neighboring Wal-Mart store. The kind employee at Napa quickly provided me with the necessary brake line and hardware, and after picking up some tools and getting to work, I was back on the road!

NAPA Auto Parts in Bellmead has moved to their new larger store at 508 N Loop 340. They have a huge sales floor and parts inventory.
