NAPA Auto Parts - B & K Motor Parts, INC. reviews
7Always my go to place. Great prices and great parts. People know what they are doing!
They always have what I need. CJ goes above and beyond to help. All the employees ready to help as soon as you walk in
Great customer service. Store is very clean. Definitely will be coming back for auto parts and any help. I know they are there to help you.
Derek did a great job helping me with hard to find parts for my 1985 Ford. He came out, measured then looked it up. Parts will be in two days from now! Love to get stuff there!
Cj went above and beyond to help me at the store found the part I needed and helped me put it together great customer service. You should always appreciate ppl like that.
Local employees that recognize me when I stop by. They miss me when I fix the issue with particular farm equipment, but I try to stop by for all my needs and a quick visit!
Went looking for "gift" items listed in a NAPA mailing I received. Couldn't locate any items I was interested in, but they said they would order if I liked. One item was available, just not on display. Looking at other Craftsman tool sets, only one price was marked (it was wrong) so I had to keep asking "how much"? Plenty of workers around, very few customers, one would think pricing tags could be placed. Suggestion, put someone in charge of walking the floor and tagging prices on shelves; think of it as customer service.
