AutoZone and O Riley auto parts are not that great on have a selection of quality and or performance parts. NAPA auto is a much better option

I bought parts from here prior and I have warranty on them of course so I call to get them to pull me up in the system to make sure of that before I go rebuy the parts and get screwed out of getting my money back later and they said they barley started keeping track of purchases in the system as well as warranty, ect. I’ve never had to ever deal with me buying parts from autozone or anywhere else where they can’t pull me up and check my warranty. The guy said yea that’s why you should keep your receipt that it’s not their responsibility. Excuse me. Lol you sell these parts with warranty to costumers so you mean to tell me that you all don’t have any of that in the system. I can go anywhere else and they can confirm my purchase as well as my warranty. Most unprofessional thing I’ve ever heard of. And the truth hurts of course which is why the guy was trying to make it seem like a customers issue. Like noooooo that’s the company’s issue. They are not keeping track of who purchases/their vehicle model/the product they sale/the warranty. GET IT TOGETHER! DEFINITELY THE COMPANIES MISTAKES! Screwing people over is not okkkaayyy! Will be contacting upper management and beyond that! If I could leave a negative ️ I WOULD

This Napa store is the best I have ever been to! They are so friendly and knowledgable. I was having trouble with my battery and on two separate occasions they tested it and were very informative. They helped me resolve my problem and I am so grateful. I will definitely go back and tell others they should do the same.
