Napolis Italian Cafe, Grapevine TX

The service was really slow for an empty place. The waiters were all standing around and talking. Took forever for the bill to be taken.

Good food and service. Nice wine by the glass selection. Only issue was the rushed service, brought out soup and entre at the same time and responded like it was normal. Saw similar experience at other tables with salad and entre delivered together

First time Doug and I had been to Napoli's in Grapevine. We were greeted and seated very quickly. Our server Zander was awesome and very attentive thru our whole dining experience. The food was wonderful and the prices were very reasonable. Also loved the Market next door. I highly recommend this restaurant to you!

If you get a chance to meet the owner Brett you will be rewarded with a personable, friendly and genuine guy - Great food!

Cute restaurant right in downtown Grapevine that serves exalent Italian American food. They also feature some more traditional Italian dishes but that's not my thing. A good time to be had by all.

If you like meat don't miss the ribs with mushroom risotto! Beef carpaccio was also delicious!

Awesome food and atmosphere. Pizza was great, chicken piccata was fantastic. I own the Concierge Network in the hotels and we send guests there regularly and always hear positive feedback.

Slow to take order. No bread on arrival. No salad with lunch portion on weekend. Wishing for better experience.

Waiting to get an order of 3 entrees and the waiter essentially told me to wait in the market next door. I am paying full Price so I can at least wait in the restaurant area. But of course my 2.5 yo was trying to seat at a table so that was not welcomed. Now she is crying out for ice cream. Thanks waiter!

Very disappointing, cannot recommend and will not be returning. This location leaves a lot to be desired. The food was lackluster, and was clearly frozen then poorly reheated. Every dish in our party was served lukewarm/cold. Management was rude when we asked how our meal was and gave our honest feedback. Way overpriced for the poor quality, poor service, and boring atmosphere.

Napoli’s has gone upscale. They enlarged the restaurant, added a full service bar with a large wine selection and changed up the menu. I like the more sophisticated feel. It’s now a place I would consider going with my husband on a date night!

This place is awesome! I love the food and the atmosphere! My waiter was also very nice.highly recommend this restaurant!

I'm rating it based on the gelato because that's what I tried not sure about the rest but as a cute little place

We loved this place. The Chocolate Bomb is one of the best desserts we ever had. Our waiter Beau was also very nice, and full of great suggestions.

Napoli's is some of the best pizza in DFW. My favorite part about visiting this stellar pizza place is how helpful and friendly the staff are. Definitely give it a try. You won't regret it!

Good service, REALLY good Italian sub on the lunch menu, all the ingredients were super fresh and high quality, and the bread it was served on was awesome, savory but crunchy too. I got a salad as well which was eh, but the sandwich more than made up for it.

This place in Grapevine was amazing.
The service was cordial a fast. Their bread was sublime. Every dish we tried was delicious. We had Chicken Milanese, Shrimp Diavolo and a Pizza also the two appetizes we ordered were just perfect.

Wonderful intimate atmosphere to spend time one on one with someone, or just to get a few drinks with friends. Their food is delicious, every menu item I've tried is outstanding. Customer service is 10/10 and over all this restaurant is a great place to go.

Ignore me once, shame on you. Ignore me twice, shame on me for giving you another chance. Twice I have tried to eat at this place and twice I have sat for more than 5 to 8 minutes for service. This last time (a few minutes ago) I walked out even after catching the eye of wait staff, like I did not exist. So I went down to Farina’s and had water and order taken within 2 minutes. No third chance Napoli’s. Other restaurants understand the importance of service.
