The chic nest and sandwich were delicious! My husband and I got different spice levels but still ended up sharing both because they were so good! We’ve heard great things about this family owned and operated place and finally went by to enjoy.

I’ve ate their food twice now, once in restaurant, once take-out. Both times have been very fresh and great service. The lady at the front is so sweet. Plenty of food for the price, for me it has been two meals each time, I order the # 1 meal.

Chicken itself wasn’t bad but coleslaw was not fresh, fries were cold, and wait was about 15 minutes with no one else in the drive through line

This place is a hidden gem. Came after church and couldn’t believe it wasn’t slammed. Great food, super clean and amazing service. I assumed it was a branch but the lady at the counter told me it’s a single family store. Will definitely be back.

Had a wonderful experience eating here. The chicken was outstanding and the sauce was super addicting. (I ordered extra) the customer service was great the owner personally came out and spoke to me on 3 different occasions to ensure I had everything I needed. I will definitely be returning.

The value here is really good! Food is fresh, plentiful, and honestly quicker than most. Tylerites lets make sure to help keep small business like this open! If you like chicken give this place a try on your next family night, date, or even by yourself. Absolutely worth every penny spent. Can't believe I Didn't try this place sooner

Rant. We heard about this place and thought we would give it a try. When trying to place our order. The lady at the front (Liza) was very very rude. She didn't want to answer any of our questions. (as we had never been here before)
I was pointing at the menu to my husband where it says family deals get drinks. She rudly interrupted and said (no you don't get drink. Old menu)
Then!
She laughed at me when I asked how much the drinks were and told me expensive!
We ordered the food togo. While waiting we observed the way she acted towards the others that come in. She was JUST AS RUDE!
Glad too know it wasn't just us but very disappointed.

If you want a hot chicken sandwich in Tyler this is the spot! The chicken is crispy and tender, and the hella hot is actually hot.

I had the hot on my tenders with a side of hella hot. For hot heads it could be hotter, do those who aren't, it's plenty hot.

Great food and great employees! I’m a sucker for their chicken nuggets! I’ve eaten here several times since opening and they never disappoint!

It is located behind a gas station so I was a bit nervous. But, the chicken was amazing (I got a sandwich special with a fried egg). They also have Aguas frescas, today was hotchata, Pina, and mango.

Chicken was juicy and delicious. Got medium spice and it was just right.

Fries were not my favorite, but I generally don't like krinkle cut. Don't let the location dissuade you!

Tried the Special Chic's Nest. It was great. The chicken was very well seasoned. The eggs and horchata were also tasty. The photo is after I already ate half of it. Staff is also nice. Definitely worth the visit!
