I was told by a sales rep that I couldn’t afford a Seiko watch so I left and proceeded to buy two watches from the same collection at Zales with no hassle or discrimination!

I came in for something as simple as a pin for my watch band and left feeling welcomed with kindness and generosity. Thank you for the excellent customer service.

I went to Macy's to have a battery repaired for my gf, and they no longer do repairs so they referred me to Nasr Bros!
They were able to change the battery but while I waited a beautiful Seiko caught my eye. The young man assisted me was very helpful and even worked with me on a very nice discount to close the deal. Very impressed with their service, workmanship, and most of all, gaining new customers. I felt very valued at Mr Nasr's shop. Definitely recommend if you're looking for rings, watches, or just a battery replacement or repairs, THIS is the place to go!

Bought a beautiful watch here 2 years ago, great price to! But what impress me the most was how nice and professional the whole staff is unbelievable customer service, Avery waited on me this time, getting a battery replaced, did not charge me for new battery, different girl but same 5 star service!

Came here for an appraisal. My ring was bought somewhere else but that place didn’t do appraisals. All of their locations have good reviews so I came here. Had to be sent off because it was already set and what not and was told it would be a ten day turn around. Little worried about the length of time gone but they made me feel comfortable. Brought it in on a Thursday and was presently surprised it was ready by Monday! Look forward to making a purchase here in the future!

I have been coming to see John for quite some time. I have small hands and nothing can just be ‘sized down’ without compromising the quality of the stone settings. My ring size is a 4. Nasr has made me some beautiful custom made rings. I can send him a picture and custom design anything, and they have the talent to make it. They recently made me a beautiful pear shaped sapphire ring that is stunning! We have also had them dip some older jewelry to match the new. They also were able to size an old handmade sterling silver ring that was gifted to my husband. The man that made it passed away, and Nasr was the only place that was able to fix it. If you are looking for a reputable store that serves every budget with jewelry that is a true work of art, look no further! John and his family are the best!

I came there. The owner charged $20 to replace a small battery. I said that was expensive. He said.ok $18.95. When I checked my account 2 days later, the guy (owner) had charged $20.

So fortunate to have found them, a personable and dependable repair shop. I have had bracelets cleaned and repaired as well as a few rings. I will not stray far from this shop, I highly recommend them.

I had a watch that needed to be resized. I tried to get it done at Macy's but unfortunately they could not get the links out and recommended I come down the street to Nasr Bros. John and Melissa were completely amazing! Very quick service! Like, literally it took less that 5 minutes from the time I walked to the time I was paying. I highly recommend Nasr Bros.
