Natalia Gutierrez, MD, Carrollton TX

Been seeing her Since 2018. She has been taking care of my grandma and I for now four years. DR. G is amazing, empathetic and excellent. She truly listens to you and takes her time with you. You truly feel cared for and are in excellent hands. Other doctors I have felt rushed, and not really getting to the root issue. Dr. G will get to the root of your issue. She has been a blessing in my grandma's and my life. Thank you Dr. G!

I have seen a number of family practitioners in my lifetime and Dr. Gutierrez is by far the very best. Not only is she kind, respectful, and polite - she is incredibly insightful and knowledgeable. Her response time to internal messages is faster than any other medical provider I have ever encountered. Dr. Gutierrez ensures that I always feel like a person, not another file or patient on her schedule. It's those little things that place her in a league of her own. 10/10 - Would Recommend.

I want to thank Dr. Natalia Gutierrez for being such an amazing doctor! She is always on time when it comes to replying back to me on the Texas health app and anytime I call the office as well. She is a very attentive and great at what she does. Any issue I have she always finds a solution and helps me get better. She is also funny and makes doctor visits less scary and comforting.

My only complaint is with the office staff. They are rude, unprofessional and lack basic customer service skills. Dr Gutierrez is great, but the poor customer service from the office personnel makes me reconsider coming here again. I've had bad experiences on several occasions in person and over the phone, and after reading the negative reviews it sounds like this has been an issue for years.

Dr. Gutierrez is a great doctor. She was so helpful, took the time to explain things to me and listened to my questions so I left feeling like my issues were listened to and with a plan of action in place. Communication through the app is so helpful! Front desk staff was helpful and efficient

Doctor Gutierrez is always the best when I come to get my check ups. Hands down a very talented skilled experienced doctor today I got my nexplanon inserted and i was pain free and she was so quick and she informed me through the whole procedure. I have nothing but great things to say about Dr. Gutierrez. She is extremely compassionate, knowledgeable, and honest. I was referred to her, and I can’t thank enough for it. Even when I was the most worried she will always find the silver lining, stay positive and made me laugh. Dr. G was on point with all her assessments and recommendations. She will always explain the plan forward and provide prompt replies to exams and follow-ups. She will always show you she care and try her best to solve your concerns.

Their facility has a lab that does the bloodwork in the same place which is very convenient. They have all the covid precautions including gloves, masks, and temp checks, and social distancing in the waiting area.

They have an online portal where you can see the results and comments from the Dr as soon as she post them.

I love this location because of Doctor Natalia. She is literally the funniest most comforting doctor I have ever gone to. She takes care of each and everyone of your concerns and doesn't leave you hanging and does wonderful with explaining things so you understand and did very well with setting up my appointments and referrals making sure I got taken care of. Also did a wonderful painless job with removing my implant. Thank you doctor Natalia. I recommened her to everyone!

Dr. Gutierrez is the best. She is is compassionate, knowledgeable, efficient, and honest. She will tell it as it is; without making you feel bad; but to make your life better. I say this being a physician myself. I hate going to doctors. Usually it is an extremely inefficient and not always beneficial process; however this is not the case with Dr. Gutierrez. Her office staff is prompt and polite. She is incredibly warm, kind and intelligent. You will not be disappointed if you are lucky to have her as a PCP.

Dr. Gutierrez is the best family physician I have even had care for me. She schedules long appointments so that she has time to spend with her patients. She listens and give many options for treatment. She is not quick to just prescribe a pill to fix something. I really feel cared for and heard. I changed Primary care doctors when my insurance changed. At first I was not happy that I had to either pay to see my doctor or find a new doctor. Now I am happy that I was forced to seek new care. I have never had a better primary care physician.
