We used Nate as our agent to find a new home in Lubbock and he was superb at helping us find a house, get facts about it, and facilitating all things we had to do for closing. We had to do a lot of remote communications and he is super at using modern technology efficiently. He listens to what you say to understand what you want, like, dislike, etc, and he is able to communicate very well-verbally, email, and text. He clearly knows Lubbock neighborhoods. We systematically narrowed down the neighborhoods, age of house, and layout by looking at several houses in Lubbock and then narrowed down on the neighborhood we liked. This is the fourth house I have bought, and Nate would rate #1 and his job was harder as I new less about the area than previous houses. I would use him in the future for sure and I would recommend him to anyone looking for a new home in Lubbock.

We found a lovely home and the transaction was smooth and efficient, closing was approximately three weeks. Nate and Madi made sure all it needed to complete the sale was accomplished smoothly, concerns were addressed lighting fast. We were quite impressed with how quick and efficient they were. Both Nate and Madi were quick to update on repairs or changes which was quite honestly refreshing. They obtained warranty of some items and that is definitely by far a winning team.
