Very pleasant to my mother Linda Carter She is a Dialysis patient. Richard and Neal are so AWESOME LOVE TO SEE THEM COME GET MY MOM. They keep her in good spirits!

This ambulance company is reliable and efficient. Tania, their dispatcher is very professional, polite, competent, and pleasant.

Just want to say thank you to all these dispatchers and EMS drivers. They have been very helpful and kind with every transport that I have booked. We appreciate everything that you guys do.

Greg and Neil are very valuable to your company. They exhibit the utmost professionalism. They pick up my mom from a local care home and take her to dialysis weekly. One can see the care and respect that they exhibit (as her room is monitored). My sister and I were touched when they said as they were leaving her in her room, "by mom, we love you". My mom is 82 and everyone can not call her mom Thank you National Care.

My brother and I have experience good and courtesy Driver. He has Alzheimer, they give him the respect he deserves. I like when we ride with Drivers we have had in the past. Like Miss Mary B.

They picked up my mom on time to her appointment and got her there safely! The van was new and clean. Great service.

They transported my dad last minute when another service never showed up. EMT’s were awesome and ambulance was brand new. I would recommend them to anyone for sure.

This vehicle nearly side swiped me on a two lane road Almeda Genoa and Forman. Drivers in this line of service should be courteous and drive with caution. By the actions of this driver I would never recommend this company to transport loved ones. This driver is a lawsuit waiting to happen. I wanted to attach a photo of the vehicle But since I can't this is the license plate number

I just watched a women driver run a red light on Louetta and Kuykendall, on 3/2 about 4: 00.no lights on. Stop Light had turned red for maybe 4 seconds already and she comes through while looking at her phone.
