I can't thank David and this company enough. My insurance company was only going to approve a few dollars under our deductible amount to replace our new roof which didn't feel fair to me, so I contacted David at NCN. We don't know much about homeowner insurance claims or roofing for that matter but he was very knowledgeable. They worked diligently inspecting the property, in 107-110 degree heat I might add. He was able to negotiate with the insurance company and they approved the amount needed for our replacement costs on the roof. NCN was easy to work with, always available when I had questions, very professional, courteous, efficient, and knowledgeable. We felt like we had an advocate for us and that was so important. Thank you.

Wes Smith, National Claims Negoticators, represented our coverage rights, under our homeowners policy. We had a claim with Safeco Insurance.
