Nothing but rave reviews here! Not only did they finish the work ahead of the promised time, but their communication with us was excellent. Joshua and Dustin went above and beyond in many aspects, and we really appreciated it.

Picking out our coach was easy and painless. Our salesperson Chris was super helpful and easy to work with. John was outstanding and patient in explaining how to operate everything. John went above and beyond to locate a very tiny item, even going through the trash to find it for us. Thank you, John! I would recommend NIRVC to anyone.

We absolutely loved John, our tech advisor. We are new to all of this & he was so very patient with us. He explained things in terminology that made it easy to understand. He was very personable and funny. He reminded me of Robin Williams. Great sense of humor! He very graciously came back the next morning to fix the water heater that we were struggling with. He was easy to talk to and we felt very comfortable asking him any questions. He made this experience so enjoyable. Thanks John!

10/23/2020: We had an extensive laundry list of scheduled maintenance items to be taken care of and NIRVC was able to take care of virtually all of them. The ones that did not fit into the five days allotted for the service were due to the availability of parts. We are already scheduled to have this other work completed in March 2021. Loved being able to stay in our rig onsite most days with water and electricity. We never felt like we just a number and were treated as if we were the only customer they had. Always received prompt responses to questions, both in person and via text and email.

3/19/2021: Once again, we received a high level of customer service and technical expertise with the repair of the slide out mechanism on our 2015 Newmar Dutch Star. Our service advisor, Pete Pacheco, responded to our questions and requests in a timely fashion and the work was completed ahead of time and on budget. The wash, wax and hand buff that was completed made our rig shine like new. Just awesome. Being able to stay in our rig before the work began was a plus. We highly recommend NIRVC for great customer service and technical excellence.

They really do treat you like family, our saleslady Lindsey was outstanding through out the entire process! Being from Virginia it took faith in trusting what she told me about our coach and she was 100% spot on! Before you make your commitment to buy you really need to give them a call.

Great experience. I loved our sales lady. She made the experience very relaxing. She helped in every aspect of our purchasing. I have bought many RV’s NIRVC has been the best experience.

Fabulous experience from sales to service. While we weren’t able to purchase our Class A from NIRVC, it was in no way a reflection on the warm, friendly reception and service we received from NIRVC Lewisville. From our sales rep, Stephanie Lopez, to Shaun in service, these folks are a class act. If NIRVC has what you want, you cannot go wrong buying from them.and even if you don’t, they will still go out of their way to take care of your needs!

I just had my annual maintenance completed there. I also had a roof inspection and seam resealed where needed and a slide motor bracket replaced. New batteries installed etc.after dealing with several other dealers. I appreciate the attention paid to details by the techs and communication NIRV (David) maintained.
David contacted the manufacture and discussed an issue found. He was able to save me some money by getting the item compensated by the manufacture.

I highly recommend NIRVC. I've had a few issues with my new coach that NIRVC has gone out of their way to help resolve. I'm a very satisfied customer and can't thank their staff of helpful tech's enough!

Had annual service done on Oasis System, Onan Generator, Ride Height check, repair on Girard Awning, and adjustment on full wall slide topper. Also, Premium wash with Teflon finish. Work was done in a very timely manner and all was done right the first time. Have purchased two motorhomes from NIRV and ALWAYS gotten exemplary service. Shop foreman, Paul Hoegger, is the BEST in his field! Wouldn't go anywhere else!

They tell you when dealing with them, they want you to feel like family. That's an understatement in our case. Every single person treated us amazing. The service is way beyond any service we received at other RV Centers. I for one am glad we found National Indoor RV Center in Lewisville, and, look forward to many more years of being part of their family. Thanks for all you did for my Husband and I.

I just bought a new coach rv. On my way to Canada I had some questions about my charging system. I called to service department and spoke to Mr. Dustin in service department and I received an outstanding and professional service from him. He is truly an asset to this company.

We limped in with our motorhome, were greeted by employees whom were all so knowledgeable, professional but friendly and made us feel like we were in the right place. They took our unit in trade despite its needing repairs. We highly recommend them and are so glad we got the opportunity to meet and experience what real service is like.
